Навчально-методичний комплекс з дисципліни: «Психологічна корекція посттравматичних стресових розладів»

Abstract

Вивчення цієї навчальної дисципліни надає здобувачам можливість набути навички організації професійної допомоги людям, що зазнали негативних наслідків дистресу: визначати і ситематизувати основні техніки впливу на функціональні стани людини; вміти діагностувати наявність кордонних та патологічних психологічних й психосоматичних проявів дистресу, володіти способами їх профілактики і корекції; специфіку процесів саморегуляції та управління цими процесами; механізми управління мотивацією та вольовими ресурсами людини; знати особливості екстренної реабілітаційної допомоги постраждалим в умовах раптового екстремального стресу та специфічні феномени, які притаманні цієї категорії клієнтів застосовувати прийоми збереження власних психологічних кордонів та відновлення фізичного та психологічного ресурсу.

The study of this educational discipline provides the students with the opportunity to acquire the skills of organizing professional assistance to people who have experienced the negative consequences of distress: to determine and systematize the main techniques of influence on the functional states of a person; to be able to diagnose the presence of borderline and pathological psychological and psychosomatic manifestations of distress, to know methods of their prevention and correction; specifics of self-regulation processes and management of these processes; mechanisms of management of human motivation and volitional resources; to know the features of emergency rehabilitation assistance to victims in conditions of sudden extreme stress and specific phenomena that are characteristic of this category of clients to apply methods of preserving one's own psychological boundaries and restoring physical and psychological resources.
