A loyal customer is a satisfied customer who remains loyal to the company. У сучасному світі проблема лояльності споживачів стає більш популярною. Для досягнення бажаних результатів різні компанії вдаються до неправильних дій, що лише погіршує відносини з клієнтом. Постійний клієнт - це задоволений клієнт, який залишається відданим компанії. |
