    It is shown that at the effectiveness and efficiency assessing of the coated hard alloys at the 66Mn4 hardened materials steel processing it is necessary to take into account the coating grain size at that to the smaller grain size is generally (but not always) corresponds to more effective processing (the maximum removable material volume for the durability period) and its working capacity.

    An alternative approach of the determining of conditions of safe stability loss of rectilinear motion of a wheeled vehicle model with controlled wheel module in the sense of N.N. Bautin is considered. Skid forces are presented accurate within cubic expansion terms in the skid angles. Terms and conditions of safe stability loss depend on the ratio between the coefficients of resistance to the skid, the adhesion coefficients in the transverse direction of the axes and the parameter of torsional stiffness of the controlled wheel module.The presented approach to the analysis of real bifurcations related to the divergent loss of rectilinear motion mode stability has a clear geometric pattern: if in the vicinity of rectilinear motion at subcritical speed, there are additionally two unstable circular stationary states, then the stability limit is of dangerous nature in the sense of N. N. Bautin; if two circular stationary modes exist at supercritical speed, the limit of the stability loss in the parameter space of the longitudinal velocity is safe in the sense of N.N. Bautin. Analysis of the number of stationary modes in the vicinity of the critical velocity of rectilinear motion is performed for the obtained determining equation - cubic binomial.

    The geometrically and physically non-linear inverse problems of axisymmetrical forming of cylindrical shells to shells of the conical shape are considered. The results obtained by the numerical solving of non-linear inverse problems are devoted to ascertainment of laws of distribution of surface loading, stresses, strains and displacement depending on change of initial parameters of shells and accounting of nonlinearities.

    Femtosecond laser processing of tungsten monocarbide alloy cutting tools

    Nanostructured materials with extremely fine grain sizes are known to have unusually high strength and toughness, higher diffusivity, beneficial sintering properties, and other characteristics that enhance the performance and reliability of tungsten monocarbide alloy part designs. This article presents the mechanism of formation of nano and subnanolayers and the influence of nanostructure on grain growth within the nanometric range have been revealed. The possibility of processing an alloy of tungsten monocarbide with a femtosecond laser beam has been demonstrated in order to form a nanostructured layer with fairly small grain sizes (about 10 nm), which can radically improve the properties of this alloy and ensure high performance and efficiency of its operation.

    The stability and shimmies of the front non-steerable pillar free to turn on two channels – the yaw and roll relative to the longitudinal axis of the body is analyzed. The analysis of the typical system parameters impact on the unstable oscillatory region and oscillation amplitude is carried out. The approximation percent influence of the slip force and heel moment on the oscillation character is considered.

    Mechanisms of state administration by the migration policy of Ukraine in the context of European integration and globalization challenges

    The process of formation and implementation of the national security state policy currently is one of the most acute issue in Ukraine. Modern realities of Ukraine’s existence as an independent state require, within the framework of the national security policy implementation, to take into account the country’s request to realize national interests in all spheres of society’s life. Nowadays, the country faces intensification of the unregulated (illegal) migration processes and the lack of an effective state regulation system of migration processes, which constitute a direct threat to the country national security, promote the criminalization growth and the organized criminal groups’ formation, and contribute to the social tension exacerbation in society. The bodies of the State Migration Service (SMS) of Ukraine face with an urgent need for a more profound migration perception as a socio-economic phenomenon and an active search for qualitatively new approaches to migration policy formation and control over population territorial movements.

Цілочисельний індекс згаданих ризиків комбінацій параметрів частоти і опасності знаходиться за допомогою функції бажаності Харрінгтона. Встановлені рівні ризиків вводиться для исследовани згаданої матриці.

    Sectors of critical information infrastructure

    the analysis of absence a list of critical infrastructure sectors is analyzed, taking into account experience the developed countries of the world. The main sectors of critical infrastructure are presented and in view of the fact that in most objects of critical infrastructure there is an information and telecommunication system that is vulnerable to various types of cyberattacks, a list of these sectors is proposed.
