Abstract

В умовах реформування вищої освіти професійна діяльність викладача містить інформаційну складову, здійснюється в складних психологічних умовах та вимагає постійного самовдосконалення, саморозвитку, самореалізації та самоактуалізації. Професійна діяльність викладача всіх рівнів вищої освіти потребує високої мотивації, постійного розвитку пізнавального інтересу, розкриття та активне використання власного психологічного ресурсу. Особливої актуальності і практичного значення набуває вивчення психологічних чинників самоактуалізації викладача, професійних мотивів та їх ієрархії, які впливають на ефективність формування індивідуальної професійної траєкторії розвитку педагога.
