В умовах реформування вищої освіти професійна діяльність викладача містить інформаційну складову, здійснюється в складних психологічних умовах та вимагає постійного самовдосконалення, саморозвитку, самореалізації та самоактуалізації. Професійна діяльність викладача всіх рівнів вищої освіти потребує високої мотивації, постійного розвитку пізнавального інтересу, розкриття та активне використання власного психологічного ресурсу.
