Аналіз професійної вмотивованості викладачів ЗВТО

Abstract

У статті здійснено аналіз вмотивованості викладачів ЗВТО до професійної діяльності; аналіз чинників мотивації викладачів до професійної діяльності. Проведено дослідження мотивації до професійної діяльності викладачів ЗВТО серед педагогічних працівників Національного авіаційного університету, яке визначило головні мотиви: основною є потреба у високій заробітній платі і матеріальній винагороді; на другому місці в структурі мотиваційного профілю працівників університету знаходиться потреба у відчутті запитуваності виконуваної роботи; потреба в завоюванні визнання з боку інших людей (колег, студентів). Доведено, що ставлення до професійної діяльності, мотиви її вибору й підвищення кваліфікації викладача є надзвичайно важливими чинниками, що зумовлюють розвиток професіоналізму викладача та його педагогічної майстерності.

Тhe article analyzes the motivation of FTA teachers to professional activities; analysis of factors motivating teachers to professional activity. A study of motivation for professional activity of FTA teachers among pedagogical staff of the National Aviation University was conducted, which identified the main motives: the main one is the need for high salaries and material remuneration; in second place in the structure of the motivational profile of university employees is the need to feel the demand for the work performed; the need to gain recognition from other people (colleagues, students). It is proved that the attitude to professional activity, the motives of its choice and professional development of the teacher are extremely important factors that determine the development of professionalism of the teacher and his pedagogical skills.
