- Item3D model of landmarks for autonomous navigation of unmanned aerial vehicles(National Aviation University, 2017) Чужа, Олексій Олександрович; Романенко, Віктор Григорович; Пазюра, Наталія ВалентинівнаAlmost all unmanned aerial vehicles are equipped with inspection earth surface systems that can be used to obtain information about the location of the aircraft using survey-comparative navigation methods. The autonomous determination of unmanned aerial vehicle coordinates with the use of survey- comparative methods of navigation is to finding landmarks whose location is known by their geometric characteristics. Most precisely, the geometric characteristics of 3D object can be obtained using its mathematical model, based on the basic elements of the form. A mathematical model of an object can be represented in the form of two matrices, the elements of which contain information about the shape of the object and the underlying surface, their size and reflective characteristics. The result of determining the location of the unmanned aerial vehicle is the correct solution to the task of recognizing landmarks. In real conditions, it is very difficult to determine the angles of orientation of objects in advance, so it is necessary to apply the mathematical model of the object and determine its characteristics for different orientation angles in relation to the unmanned aerial vehicle. Consequently, the high probability of detecting the landmark is achieved by applying its mathematical 3D model and determining two independent signs of volume and average height for its recognition, it is depending on the angles of its orientation and geometric shape.
- ItemA system for assessing the quality of crew piloting techniques flight of varying complexity(National Aviation University, 2023-03-12) Jun, Liu; Цзюнь, ЛюDetermining the totality of erroneous actions of aviation specialists is an essential and noticeably important process in the implementation of the principles of a high degree of flight safety. Ensuring the localization of erroneous actions of aviation specialists can be done using many tools and methods. Among them - the method of training operators to counteract factor load in anti-stress training in order to improve their psychophysical qualities. Determining the psycho-physiological qualities of a person during the selection and training of aviation specialists is one of the ways to improve safety, reliability and efficiency, as well as change for the better the number of aviation accidents. The process of psychophysiological selection in civil aviation is the identification of a set of processes aimed at assessing the degree of development of professionally significant abilities and efficiency of work in the cabin. The nature of psychophysiological selection arises from predicting the effectiveness of training and professional functioning of operators on the basis of their personal psychophysiological characteristics. Then, depending on the requirements for anti-stress training, during psychophysiological selection are: - selection of persons who have such qualities that allow the implementation of professional obligations with a high level of reliability in extremely difficult and responsible conditions; - identification of persons on their psycho-physiological characteristics and mental state, incapable of training and activities in civil aviation and who pose a serious threat to flights; - training of the operator to function under the simultaneous influence of several failures for anti-stress training;

- ItemAnti-dazzle protection for pilots during take-off and landing(National Aviation University, 2023-03-07) Yakovlev, Yaroslav Yuriyovych; Яковлєв, Ярослав ЮрійовичThe problem of dazzle of pilots in the sun during the takeoff and landing stages has always been acute for aviation engineers. Dazzle is dangerous because it leads to loss of orientation in the space of the pilot, which in turn leads to loss of control of the aircraft. It can also lead to eye injuries. From the very beginning of the invention of the aircraft, the search for methods to solve this problem began. Sun dazzle of pilots is especially an acute problem for airports that are located near water or where there is snow. Also, the number of cases where pilots have been deliberately dazzle by laser attackers has also increased recently. The main reason for this is that today lasers with sufficient power are a common commodity. This problem is quite new, and therefore there is no final solution today. That is why the main purpose of this thesis is to overcome all the above problems and increase the safety of landing and takeoff. The object of the research: process of dazzle of pilots during take off and landing. The subject of the research: modern and promising methods of combating the dazzle. The purpose of the graduate work: to analyze existing methods of anti-dazzle protection for pilots during take-off and landing.

- ItemAssessment of Flight Quality Degradation Due to Avionics Failures(National Aviation University, 2024-06-18) Hryshchenko, Marharyta Vitalyivna; Герасимчк, Марія ВіталівнаAvionics systems are the backbone of modern aircraft, encompassing a wide array of electronic systems used for communication, navigation, monitoring, and managing multiple on-board systems. The failure of any component within the avionics suite can significantly compromise flight safety. For instance, the loss of navigation systems such as GPS or inertial navigation systems (INS) can lead to spatial disorientation, particularly in poor visibility conditions. Similarly, failures in communication systems can hinder the pilot's ability to communicate with air traffic control, increasing the risk of mid-air collisions or miscommunication during critical flight phases such as takeoff and landing. Moreover, the degradation of automatic flight control systems (AFCS), which includes autopilot and flight director systems, can place an enormous workload on the flight crew. This not only increases the likelihood of human error but also affects the pilot’s ability to handle other concurrent failures or emergencies. Therefore, assessing the impact of avionics failures on flight quality is paramount to ensuring that contingency procedures and redundancy mechanisms are robust enough to mitigate these risks.
- ItemAutomated system of flight trajectory formation and aircraft stabilization(National Aviation University, 2023-03-07) Kostin, Vladislav Vadimovich; Костін, Владислав ВадимовичNowadays the term "landing" includes the following flight phases: aircraft departure to the aerodrome area and prelanding maneuvering, landing approach and landing itself (leveling, landing, run). This stage is the most responsible and intense part of the flight. It is here, according to the world statistics, where more than one third of all flight accidents occur. Proximity of the ground and contact with the runway surface requires high accuracy of control of angular and trajectory parameters of the flight, and the load of the pilot and crew members with additional functions (communication with ground services; release - retraction of landing gear and flaps, change of engine operation modes; control of space behind the cabin and others) significantly complicates manual control especially at the landing stage. Therefore, automation of these modes significantly increases flight safety and reduces the load on the crew members. Due to increase of air traffic density, as well as decrease of meteorological conditions of flight and landing (modern aircrafts have to perform approach and landing even in zero visibility) requirements to information support of so called marginal areas of flight have increased. Completeness, reliability and high accuracy of information at control at the edge of flight modes and in conditions of reduced vertical and horizontal echelon norms is achieved by integration of piloting and navigation sensors into the unified information system. The integration of navigation systems and automation of the main processes of information acquisition, processing and use allowed to integrate on the basis of a mainframe computer and specialized calculators heterogeneous navigation equipment into a single navigation complex, which, together with automatic flight control systems, creates NCP. In terms of complexity and multifunctionality, NSPs of modern FPUs can be classified as large information and control systems.

- ItemComplex technology of flying processing analysis(National Aviation University, 2023-03-12) Shuhailo, Vladyslav Yuriiovich; Шугайло, Владислав ЮрійовичThe peculiarity of the design of the proposed integrated analyzer is that the structure of the inputs and outputs of the analyzer must be worked out. The offered analyzer is two-channel: 1. Channel for testing (control) of standard operating procedures for flight operations manual. The possibility of such control arises because from paper RLE passed to electronic RLE. From 1995 Intensive developments were carried out by the Department of Avionics and the Scientific Center for Accounting the Technological Complexity of Flight Procedures. The technology of accounting for technological complexity is called TFAP (technology of flight analysis processes). The need to take into account the technological complexity arises due to the fact that the crew operates systems of complex complexity and complexes. Therefore the technological device of the account of peaks of technological complexity is required. 2. Output of the perspective onboard recorder with an onboard conclusion. Therefore, the diploma analyzes the development trend of on-board recorders and determines the possibility of on-board output in them. The main purpose of the designed analyzer is on-board control of flight procedures in order to violate them by the crew. The principle of operation of the analyzer is to compare the standard operating procedures TFAP with the data of on-board recorders and further elimination of violations on board that will occur.
- ItemCrew training system for action in special cases of flight(National Aviation University, 2023-03-07) Gorbachev, Ivan Oleksiiovych; Горбачов, Іван ОлексійовичAs we can see, flight safety standards are improving every year, but despite the best efforts of engineers, psychologists and scientists around the world, there is still a chance of an emergency during the flight due to the technical condition of the aircraft or human factor, so the crew must always be ready for various challenges to ensure its own safety and the safety of passengers. This topic is quite relevant, as it will allow to analyze the shortcomings of the crew training system in special flight cases and will allow to implement improvements in flight safety standards as soon as possible.
- ItemCyclic prediction of failure of aircraft components in flight(National Aviation University, 2023-03-12) Vitruk, Yuriy Ihorovich; Вітрук, Юрій ІгоровичIt is said that the science of reliability is a young science, but this does not mean that people were not interested in and engaged in ensuring the reliability of the technology they create. Regarding the concept of "reliability", the primary term is "quality". The quality of any product is a set of properties and characteristics that ensure its ability to meet specified needs in accordance with its purpose and reflect its specificity and difference from other products. The change in product quality over time can be absolute and relative. Absolute change in quality is associated with various internal and external destructive processes that affect the product during operation and change the properties and condition of the materials from which it is made. Due to this, there is a decrease in the quality of the product and its physical degradation (physical aging). The relative change in product quality is associated with the emergence of new similar products with more advanced characteristics, in connection with which the indicators of this product become below the average level of the set of products with a similar purpose, at least their absolute values may not change (moral aging). The science of reliability studies only the absolute changes in product quality indicators, ie changes associated with the course of various degradation processes. It is obvious that the design of new equipment without the development of special.
