    The article zeroes in on the issue of ATC adaptiveness to professional activity in the given conditions. The framework of personal adaptation potential of ATC specialists is discussed. The results of ATC students' personal adaptation assessment are offered, and connections between the adaptability and character, emotion and behaviour of the students are highlighted.

    An Overall Evaluation on Community Mental Health Services

    Community Mental Health Services, which are considerably new in the field of mental health in our country is very important in terms of mental health care and social rehabilitation of individuals with mental illness. While modern life has brought many facilities for human being as a whole, it has also caused people many contemporary problems. Societies are also affected from the economic, social and psychological problems of modern time. Community mental health centers have been established since the year 2009 in Turkey. With the help of these centers the need of hospitalization and exacerbation of the disease may decrease. There are some uncertainties about the services that will be offered to patients with mental disorders in the community mental health centers opened in our country. For this reason, it is considered important to know the practices aimed at protecting mental health.in this study, information was given about community mental health services.

    Air traffic controllers (ATCs) play a critical role in maintaining the safety and efficiency of air transportation systems. Their primary responsibility is to manage the flow of aircraft in the air and on the ground, ensuring that aircraft maintain safe distances from one another and avoid collisions. In emergencies, ATCs must make rapid, accurate, and effective decisions to ensure the safety of all individuals involved. This article explores the psychological processes involved in decisionmaking by ATCs during emergencies, focusing on factors that may influence their ability to make effective decisions under pressure.

    Effective Psychological Counseling at School Mental Health Services

    The professionals who try to basically provide mental health services at school are School Psychological Counselors. Most of the psychiatric disorders give their first signs as problem behaviours during scholl years. In Turkey, problem behaviours are generally being handled with disciplinary procedures at school. But this approach leads to underestimation of etiology and prevens multidisciplinary treatment modalities thus symptoms which can be treated easily can turn to complicated school problems. Schools are important not only for educational and/or academic activities, but also they may provide countless opportunities to promote and support children’s mental health development. For this reason, schoolbased mental health services have started to be established in many countries. In this study, Mental Health Services at school, the roles of Psycological Counselors have been dealt with.

    The article provides theoretical and practical analysis of the peculiarities of the emergence of exhaustion of the employees in different conditions of activity; Identified factors that produce chronic tiredness of the working population in different countries. The necessity of conducting medical and psychological examinations and implementation of programs aimed at strengthening the physical and mental health of all workers is emphasized: it is necessary to improve the psychological working conditions and to pay attention to proper rest and vacation as the main steps to create a comfortable working environment for the efficient work of a specialist.

    From socialization to individuality in the modernization process

    Although modernity started as a Western process, it influenced the other parts of the world. Modern societies faces the problem of individual human beings’ alienation to their self, society and the nature. Today people is being transformed from sociality into individuality, and then into a simple imaginary image, which forces him/her to destroy his connection with physical, emotional, psychological and social dimensions. Individuality is the state or quality of being an individual; particularly of being a person separate from other people and possessing their own needs or goals, rights and responsibilities. From the 17th century on, individual indicates separateness, as in individualism. Being a modern country means taking the problems of modernity as well as its positive results. Modernity has brought to individuals some drastic results as well. Today people live in a very risky environment, they do not feel themselves secure, they are more narcisistic, they are more isolated, their relations are very temporary and artificial, they are alienated to themselves, to each other and to their environment.

    Missed nursing care and quality of care: an integrative literature review

    Introduction: The missed nursing care is designated as a failure to provide nursing care, in whole or in part, in which there are direct implications for the patient. Objective: Evaluate the causes and consequences attributed to missed nursing care, in a hospital context. Method: This is a literature integrative review through a bibliographic survey. Results: Presentation of three missed nursing care characteristics: nature of missed nursing care, factors of influence of missed nursing care and consequences of missed nursing care. Conclusions: The missed nursing care is especially pertinent when it’s responsible for conducting nursing care failure rates. It is necessary to think about these issues in a holistic way, in order to be able to guide our practice towards what is its maximum principle that will be Health gains and patient satisfaction.

    Information published in social networks plays an important role in modern society, which makes the issue of the psychological state of Internet users even more relevant. It determines success, features of interaction, emotional component and behavioral reactions of persons who encounter it. In social, clinical and legal psychology, topical issues of cyber socialization, features of the formation and manifestation of an individual or a social group in the conditions of the information society, the emergence of new phobias that encourage consideration of the impact of cyberspace on the psyche of its users are considered.
