Abstract
The article zeroes in on the issue of ATC adaptiveness to professional activity in the given conditions.
The framework of personal adaptation potential of ATC specialists is discussed. The results of ATC
students' personal adaptation assessment are offered, and connections between the adaptability and
character, emotion and behaviour of the students are highlighted.
