Item 2.1.3 Інформаційні технології в авіації(2021-05-11) Копилов, Станіслав Володимирович; Бондік, Олександр СергійовичItem A method for the account of the impact of local loss of stability on bearing capacity of compressed panels(State University "Kyiv Aviation Institute", 2024-12) Kyryk MyroslavaThe work is devoted to methods of optimizing the bearing capacity of aircraft skin panels under compressive stresses. The main purpose of the work is to develop proposals for reducing the negative impact of local loss of stability during compression of aircraft structural panels, using analytical methods for taking into account local loss of stability when assessing the static strength of a compressed column, as well as methods for reducing the negative impact of local loss of stability in order to optimize the design of compressed aircraft panels. The most common types of loss of stability in an aircraft structure are analyzed: total loss of stability of a compressed panel, local loss of stability between stringers and ribs under the action of a combination of shear and compressive stresses, inter-fastener loss of stability, as well as crippling, or elastic-plastic loss of stability of short rods is the main novelty of this work. The optimal method for calculating the conditions for loss of local stability has been selected. The practical value of the work lies in the consideration of common structural alloys: aluminum alloy 7075-T6510, steel 30 KhGSA and titanium alloy Ti-Al6-V4. The analysis was carried out for two types of panels. The weight efficiency of the main approaches was determined. Робота присвячена методам оптимізації несучої здатності панелей обшивки літака в умовах дії стискаючих напружень. Основною метою роботи виступає розробка пропозицій стосовно зменшення негативного впливу місцевої втрати стійкості при стисканні панелей конструкцій літака, за допомогою аналітичних методів врахування місцевої втрати стійкості при оцінці статичної міцності стиснутої колони, а також методів зменшення негативного впливу місцевої втрати стійкості задля оптимізації проектування стиснутих панелей літака. Проаналізовані найпоширеніші типи втрати стійкості авіаційній конструкції: загальна втрата стійкості стиснутої панелі, місцева втрата стійкості між стрингерами та нервюрами під дією комбінації зсувних та стискаючих напружень, міжкріпильна втрата стійкості, а також кріплінг, або пружно-пластична втрата стійкості коротких стрижнів є основною новизною цієї роботи. Обрано оптимальний метод розрахунку умов втрати місцевої стійкості. Практична цінність роботи заключається в розгляді розповсюджених конструктивних сплавів: алюмінієвий сплав 7075-Т6510, сталь 30 ХГСА та титановий сплав Ti-Al6-V4. Аналіз проведено для двох типів панелей. Визначена вагова ефективність використання основних підходів.Item A novel algorithm for damage analysis of fatigue sensor by surface deformation relief parameters(2013-05) Konovalenko, I.; Maruschak, P.; Menou, A.; Karuskevich, M.; Ignatovich, S.Fatigue damage of metal structures may be estimated by the application of sensors with the surface relief pattern indicating the accumulated fatigue damage. The nature of the deformation relief has been investigated. Digital analysis of the surface patterns based algorithm for the integral evaluation method has proved the efficiency of integral parameters (the general area of damage, mean gradient along the coordinate axes, and the mean amplitude of the histogram function spectrum) application for additional quantitative description of such surface structures. The rеsеагсh was реrfоrmеd using the пumегiсаl ехреrimепt. The flow рагаmеtеrs in the stage of the axial соmрrеssоr wеrе calculated by solving the. non-stationary system of Navier - Stokes equations. The equations were closed bу the model of tuгbulеnt viscosity SST. The stage of the соmрrеssоr consisted of inlet guide vanes, the impeller and the guide vanes. The imреllег of the modified axial соmрrеssоr stage is designed as an equivalent tandem rоw. Acoustic sоurсеs of the axial соmрrеssог stage were calculated using the Ffowcs Williams - Hawkings equation. Findings. The гesults of а соmрагаtive eva]uation of the aeroacoustic characteristics of the axial соmрrеssог stages with а singlе and equivalent dоublе-гоw imреllеr аге оbtаinеd. The use of а tandem rоw instead of an equivalent single гоw in the impelle of the axial соmрrеssог slage makes it possible to increase the рrеssurе гаtiо bу 1-I5 % . In the design mode, the pressure ratio is inсгеsеd bу 8.5 %. А stage with а tandem impeller has grеаtеr acoustic efficiency than а соmрrеssоr stage with а single impeller. The obtained гesults dеmопstгаtе а significant decrease in the acoustic рrеssurе of the dipole sоurсе. In the design mode, the acoustic ргеssurе of the dipole sоurсе decreases bу mоrе than 70 %, the acoustic рrеssurе of the quadrupole sоurсе dесгеаsеs bу mоrе than 10 %. Originality. Fоr the first time the results of а comprehensive study of the aerodynamic and acoustic characteristics of the axial соmрrеssоr stage wеrе obtained. The results allow estimating the efficiency of application of tandem rоw in the impeller of the low loaded subsonic stage of the ахiаl соmрrеssоr. Practical value.
