    With the development of technology, more and more new trends and requirements for logistics appear. Global logistics gravitates towards green solutions, robotics and digitization and automation of rocesses. In Ukraine, these trends are manifested in the automation of warehouse processes and operating systems, as well as the implementation of digitized and integrated solutions. Logistics trends for 2023 indicate more automated and digital warehouses. This helps businesses save time, resources, money and manpower.

    This research paper examines the problem of increasing the speed of network planning in military-technical units. Various approaches are used to solve this problem, such as the use of software, methods of reducing the time of tasks, artificial intelligence and machine learning, as well as a team approach to network planning. Analysis of scientific sources and questionnaires of experts from the military sphere testify to the effectiveness of using these approaches to increase the effectiveness of network planning in military-technical units.

    During logistics services, goods can be subjected to many impacts as a result of production and technological operations, and the total number of operations in logistics increases many times over - the number and size of risks, which are diverse in nature, but all of them are classified as logistics risks by their place of origin and nature. In every sphere, certain risks can be encountered, but in the logistics system, in addition to the traditional set, special logistics types of risks arise.Therefore, decisions on specific actions to protect and reduce (increase) risk should be detailed in an in-depth study and analysis of the risk situation that is possible in the future and in the present.
