| dc.description.abstract | The article aims to summarize studies on the policies and measures undertaken in the Nordic countries for achieving swifter labor market integration of refugees arriving in 2015 from Syria and Afghanistan. It examines early competence mapping practices in place in each country and their results so far as an integral part of labor market integration process.
