Abstract
Дисципліна є теоретичною основою сукупності знань, що вдосконалюють і поглиблюють інженерну підготовку у фахівця галузі в області дослідження надійності та прогнозуван-ня ресурсу технічних систем; вирішення прикладних питань інтенсивності зношування матеріа-лів триботехнічного призначення та підвищення терміну їх експлуатації; вибору застосування триботехнічних матеріалів для деталей машин; формують комплексний підхід фахівця в галузі механічна інженерія з питань кінетики протікання процесів тертя та зношування в триботехніч-них системах, оцінки надійності сучасних технічних систем, їх діагностики порушень і аварій-них ситуацій. Метою викладання дисципліни є формування систематичних знань, умінь і навичок для здійснення професійно-наукової діяльності за спеціальністю з урахуванням основних положень теорії надійності технічних систем на основі оцінки їх надійності з урахуванням режимів екс-плуатації, ступеня зношування, модернізації. Формування у слухачів навичок застосування на практиці основних положень теорії тертя та зношування щодо прогнозування надійності техні-чних систем, при експлуатації яких можлива імовірність виникнення відмов.
The discipline is a theoretical basis for a set of knowledge that improves and deepens the engineering training of a specialist in the field of reliability research and resource forecasting of technical systems; solving applied issues of wear intensity of tribotechnical materials and increasing their service life; choosing the use of tribotechnical materials for machine parts; forming a comprehensive approach of a specialist in the field of mechanical engineering to issues of the kinetics of friction and wear processes in tribotechnical systems, assessing the reliability of modern technical systems, their diagnostics of violations and emergency situations. The purpose of teaching the discipline is to form systematic knowledge, skills and abilities for the implementation of professional and scientific activities in the specialty, taking into account the main provisions of the theory of reliability of technical systems based on assessing their reliability taking into account operating modes, degree of wear, modernization. Formation of students' skills in the practical application of the main provisions of the theory of friction and wear regarding the prediction of the reliability of technical systems, during the operation of which there is a possibility of failures.
