Роль ціннісних орієнтацій у формуванні професійної компетентності практичних психологів

Abstract

Професійна діяльність психолога в умовах сьогодення вимагає від людини не тільки нових знань, вмінь та навичок, спрямованих на вирішення специфічних професійних завдань, але й адекватного уявлення про межу власних можливостей, потенціал та збереження свого психічного та психологічного здоров’я. Тому, на наш погляд, виняткового значення набуває не тільки цілеспрямований процес формування та розвитку професійно необхідних навичок на етапі підготовки практичного психолога на етапі підготовки практичного психолога у закладі вищій школі, але й усвідомлене вивчення самою особистістю власних особливостей саморегуляції поведінки та діяльності впродовж всього життя. Це сприяє більш продуктивному вирішенню фахових завдань, пов’язаних переважно із здатністю фахівця до виконання своїх професійних обов’язків та стане запорукою професійної ідентичності особистості. Поступово, відповідно до трансформації суспільства в цілому, змінюються вимоги до змістовного наповнення професійної компетенції психологів – коли професійні знання охоплюють не лише знання з психології, але й певну сукупність знань в галузі філософії, історії, культурології, педагогіки, економіки, соціології, політології, права, філології, фізичної культури, математики та інформатики, екології.

The professional activity of a psychologist in today's conditions requires a person not only new knowledge, skills and abilities aimed at solving specific professional tasks, but also an adequate understanding of the limits of their own capabilities, potential and preservation of their mental and psychological health. Therefore, in our opinion, not only the purposeful process of forming and developing professionally necessary skills at the stage of training a practical psychologist at the stage of training a practical psychologist in a higher education institution, but also the conscious study by the individual of his or her own peculiarities of self-regulation of behavior and activities throughout life is of exceptional importance. This contributes to a more productive solution of professional tasks related mainly to the specialist's ability to perform his/her professional duties and will become a guarantee of the professional identity of the individual. Gradually, in accordance with the transformation of society as a whole, the requirements for the content of the professional competence of psychologists are changing - when professional knowledge covers not only knowledge of psychology, but also a certain body of knowledge in the field of philosophy, history, cultural studies, pedagogy, economics, sociology, political science, law, philology, physical education, mathematics and computer science, ecology.
