Educational and methodical complex of discipline "HR management"

Abstract

This academic discipline is the theoretical and practical basis of the set of knowledge and skills that form the profile of a specialist in social and behavioral sciences. The purpose of studying the discipline is for students to learn the essence and features of personnel management; laying the foundation of knowledge of theoretical and methodological aspects and skills of practical application of techniques and methods of personnel management in the field of personnel strategy formation, planning, development of evaluation and motivation and stimulation of personnel, regulation of labor activity; establishment of social partnership in the organization; determining the effectiveness of personnel management; regulation of the personnel management system in conditions of crisis of the organization.

Дана навчальна дисципліна є теоретичною та практичною основою сукупності знань та вмінь, що формують профіль фахівця в соціальних та поведінкових наук. Метою вивчення дисципліни є засвоєння студентами сутності й особливостей управління персоналом; закладення основи знань теоретико-методологічних аспектів та навичок практичного застосування прийомів і методів управління персоналом у сфері формування кадрової стратегії, планування, розвитку оцінювання та мотивації і стимулювання персоналу, регулювання трудової діяльності; налагодження соціального партнерства в організації; визначення ефективності управління персоналом; регулювання системи управління персоналом в умовах кризи організації.
