Організаційно-технологічні аспекти мультимодальних перевезень в міжнародному сполученні

Abstract

Розглянуто організаційні та технологічні складові процесу мультимодальних перевезень. Визначено різні підходи до трактування поняття «мультимодальні перевезення». В організаційній складовій досліджено правові засади та учасники процесу мультимодальних перевезень, формування наскрізного тарифу, мінімізації ризиків, документаційного забезпечення. Технологічний аспект міжнародних мультимодальних перевезень включає розгляд питань щодо систем транспортування вантажів, специфіки мультимодальної транспортної мережі.The organizational and technological components of the multimodal transportation process are considered. Different approaches to the interpretation of the concept of "multimodal transportation" have been defined. In the organizational component, the legal principles and participants of the process of multimodal transportation, formation of an end-to-end tariff, risk minimization, documentation support were investigated. The technological aspect of international multimodal transportation includes consideration of issues related to cargo transportation systems, the specifics of the multimodal transportation network.
