Реакція окиснення 2,4-динітротолуолу у рідкій фазі

Abstract

В роботі наведені результати досліджень складу продуктів і кінетики реакції озону з 2,4-динітротолуолом в середовищі оцтового ангідриду з метою з'ясування впливу електроноакцепторних заступників в ароматичному кільці на механізм окиснювання. Встановлено, що каталітичне окиснювання 2,4-динітротолуолу озоном являє собою складний іонно-радикальний неланцюговий процес, а роль озону пов'язана з генерацією активної форми каталізатора, що потім й ініціює процес селективного окиснювання 2,4-динітротолуолу по метильній групі.

The paper presents the results of studies of the composition of the products and the kinetics of the reaction of ozone with 2,4-dinitrotoluene in the medium of acetic anhydride with the aim of elucidating the effect of electron-withdrawing substituents in the aromatic ring on the oxidation mechanism. It was established that the catalytic oxidation of 2,4-dinitrotoluene by ozone is a complex ion-radical non-chain process, and the role of ozone is related to the generation of the active form of the catalyst, which then initiates the process of selective oxidation of 2,4-dinitrotoluene by the methyl group.
