Prospects of development og ground handling at Boryspil airport

Abstract

The airport is located 29 km southeast of Kiev and 6 km from the center of Boryspil . The passenger terminals and the Boryspil-Airport railway station are located in the city of Boryspil , and the runways are located within the Boryspil district of the Kyiv region . Boryspil International Airport has two runways with a length of 4,000 m and 3,500 m and four passenger terminals (of which only two newer ones are in operation, "D" and "F"). The main runway 18L / 36R with a length of 4000 meters and a width of 60 meters can accommodate aircraft of all types around the clock, including in conditions of limited inspection during bad weather and icе.Аеропорт розташований за 29 км на південний схід від Києва та за 6 км від центру Борисполя. Пасажирські термінали та залізнична станція Бориспіль-аеропорт розташовані у м. Бориспіль, а злітно-посадкові смуги розташовані в межах Бориспільського району Київської області . Бориспільський міжнародний аеропорт має дві злітно-посадкові смуги довжиною 4000 м і 3500 м і чотири пасажирські термінали ( з який працюють лише два новіших, «D» і «F»). Основна злітно-посадкова смуга 18L / 36R з a довжиною 4000 метрів і шириною 60 метрів може приймати літаки всіх типів навколо годинник, у тому числі в умовах обмеженого огляду під час негоди та ожеледиці.
