Стратегія розвитку Державного центру зайнятості з урахування світового досвіду

Abstract

Дипломна робота присвячена поглибленню знань щодо теоретичних засад стратегічного розвитку підприємства, аналізу та оцінювання стратегічного стратегічного розвитку Державного Центру Зайнятості України, обґрунтування напрямів event менеджменту як стратегії розвитку подієвого проекту зайнятості в Україні. У вступі визначено актуальність обраної теми, її роль у практичному використанні, основну мету даної роботи, об’єкт та предмет дослідження, інформаційна база, структура роботи та практична значущість дослідження. У першому розділі дипломної роботи досліджено сутність та види стратегічного розвитку; етапи та особливості формування стратегії розвитку; світовий досвід формування стратегії розвитку. У другому розділі проведено аналіз та оцінка рівня безробіття та працевлаштування в Україні; надана характеристика міграційних процесів трудових ресурсів України; оцінено результативність стратегічного розвитку Державної служби зайнятості України. У третьому розділі обгрунтовано стратегії розвитку професійної орієнтації молоді до 2030 року; розглянуто перспективні напрями поліпшення умов професійної орієнтації та зайнятості населення в Україні.

Thesis is devoted to deepening knowledge of the theoretical foundations of strategic development of the enterprise, analysis and evaluation of strategic strategic development of the State Employment Center of Ukraine, substantiation of event management as a strategy for event development of employment in Ukraine. The introduction identifies the relevance of the chosen topic, its role in practical use, the main purpose of this work, the object and subject of research, information base, structure of work and practical significance of the study. The first section of the thesis examines the essence and types of strategic development; stages and features of formation of development strategy; world experience in forming a development strategy. The second section analyzes and assesses the level of unemployment and employment in Ukraine; the characteristic of migration processes of labor resources of Ukraine is given; the effectiveness of the strategic development of the State Employment Service of Ukraine was assessed. The third section substantiates the strategies for the development of vocational guidance of young people until 2030; promising areas for improving the conditions of vocational guidance and employment in Ukraine are considered.
