Інноваційна політика в діяльності ТОВ Нова Пошта

Abstract

Дипломна робота присвячена аналізу інноваційної політики в діяльності підприємств, аналізу економічних показників та пропозиції щодо покращення діяльності ТОВ «Нова Пошта». У вступі окреслено актуальність теми, її роль в житті кожного підприємця, розглянуто історію та теоретичні підходи до впровадження інновацій на підприємство та роль менеджера в інноваційній діяльності. Також визначено практичну цінність обраної теми, наукову новизну, завдання та мету даної роботи. Перший розділ містить в собі теоретико-методологічні основи впровадження інноваційної діяльності. Розглянуто вітчизняних та зарубіжних авторів, які досліджували дану тему та їх внесок у створенні основної задумки щодо визначення новацій. Та окреслено основні типи інновацій та інноваційної політики. Другий розділ має аналітичний характер, та розкриває загальну суть діяльності ТОВ «Нова Пошта», перелік послуг, показники динаміки росту та фінансові показники щодо визначення рентабельності підприємства, платоспроможності та її інвестиційний клімат. Третій розділ показує саме суть інноваційної політики компанії, її роль в нашій країні, характеристику найважливіших інноваційних проектів та їх вплив на підприємство та взагалі вклад в економіку.

Thesis is devoted to the analysis of innovation policy in the activities of enterprises, analysis of economic indicators and proposals for improving the activities of Nova Poshta LLC. The introduction outlines the relevance of the topic, its role in the life of every entrepreneur, the history and theoretical approaches to the introduction of innovations in the enterprise and the role of the manager in innovation. The practical value of the chosen topic, scientific novelty, tasks and purpose of this work are also determined. The first section contains the theoretical and methodological foundations of innovation. The domestic and foreign authors who researched this topic and their contribution to the creation of the main idea for the definition of innovations are considered. But the main types of innovations and innovation policies are outlined. The second section is analytical in nature and reveals the general essence of Nova Poshta LLC, the list of services, growth dynamics indicators and financial indicators for determining the company's profitability, solvency and its investment climate.
