Устойчивые сочетания юридической терминологии в теории перевода: вариативность и трудности перевода

Abstract

Статья посвящена проблемам перевода устойчивых сочетаний юридической терминологии. Основной особенностью фразеологизмов является несоответствие плана содержания и плана выражения, что определяет их специфику и приводит к затруднению перевода и его вариативности. Выявлены и проанализированы особенности устойчивых словосочетаний юридической терминологии, создающих трудности при переводе на другой язык, и трудности перевода юридической терминологии, связанные с ее вариативностью. Сделан вывод о том, что значение устойчивых фраз не может быть выведено из значения их отдельных элементов.

The article is devoted to the problems of translation of stable combinations of legal terminology. The main feature of phraseological units is the discrepancy between the plan of content and the plan of expression, which determines their specificity and leads to the difficulty of translation and its variability. The specific features of stable phrases of legal terminology that create difficulties when translating into another language, and the difficulties of translating legal terminology associated with its variability are identified and analyzed. It is concluded that the meaning of stable phrases cannot be deduced from the meaning of their individual elements.
