| Abstract: | Nowadays, transportation of animals by air does not lose its topicality. Commercial transportation of passengers and their luggage includes such a specific luggage transmission as animals. At the same time, this service has its own difficulties and requires ensuring a high level of safety for the animals, other passengers and aircraft staff. That is why the legal regulation of the mentioned above is still relevant. |
