Підготовка викладачів для освіти дорослого економічно активного населення в Україні

Abstract

У статті проаналізовано технологію підготовки викладачів для освіти дорослих. Обґрунтовано роль соціально-педагогічного проектування в організації освітнього процесу дорослого економічно активного населення. Визначено рівні (загальнопедагогічний, предметно-методичний і локальний) технології підготовки викладачів для освіти дорослих і етапи її реалізації (початковий, процесуальний, системно-узагальнюючий).

Education is a very important element of social and economic development. Educational processes significantly overlaps with economic, political and social features of the society. It is known that knowledge has gained an independent status of productive force and modern economy turns it into a leading factor of the social and economic progress. Changing needs of global and national markets require solving the problem of the mechanism adult education, in particular, for adult economically active population. The conditions of the market economy encourage to the continuous improvement of the specialists’ professional level, which must be constantly improved by means of a quick technology update. At the same time education obtained at school, cannot completely meet the increased needs in knowledge of an individual and of the society as a whole. It should be noted that the traditional adult education does not provide a sufficient level of efficiency due to the lack of adult population’s activity; insufficient feedback between the teacher and students in the process of vocational training; inefficient use of the teacher’s and students’ time; low efficiency of final analysis of educational information received from the teachers.
