Мотиваційно-ціннісний компонент професійної діяльності військовослужбовців

Abstract

У статті розглядаються психологічні особливості мотиваційно-ціннісної складової особистісної сфери професійної діяльності військовослужбовців. розкрито сутність зарубіжних концепцій, в рамках яких дослідники поділяють теорії мотивації на дві категорії: змістовні теорії, процесійні теорії, комплексні теорії. проаналізовано та узагальнено основні підходи до вивчення мотиваційно-ціннісного компоненту професійної діяльності військовослужбовців. виявлено, що мотиваційний компонент діяльності виступає раціональним та конкретно-прикладним аспектом її здійснення, в свою чергу, ціннісна складова означеного феномену психічної діяльності військовослужбовця спрямована на духовне, інтелектуальне та соціальне становлення особистості в процесі її реалізації. виокремлено критерії мотиваційно-ціннісного компоненту професійної діяльності військових: установка на отримання результату, соціально-особистісні переконання, домінуючі уявлення на майбутнє. Проведено підбір діагностичного інструментарію з метою виявлення рівня сформованості даних критеріїв. проведено експериментальне дослідження виявлення рівня сформованості мотиваційно-ціннісного компоненту професійної діяльності військовослужбовців. здійснено аналіз рівня сформованості означеної проблематики та розроблено практичні рекомендації щодо підвищення рівня професійної мотивації діяльності військовослужбовців. відповідно до цього, логіка побудови нашого дослідження спрямована на пошук засобів визначення та розвитку мотиваційно-ціннісної сфери військовослужбовців в процесі професійної діяльності.

In the article it has been considered psychological aspects of motivation and value component of personal sphere of servicemen professional activity. It has been revealed the essence of foreign concepts within which the researchers divide the motivation theories into three categories: contextual theories, process theories, comprehensive theories. It has been analyzed and summarized the main approaches to studying the motivation and value component of professional activity of servicemen. It has been discovered that the motivation component of the activity appears as rational specific and applied aspect of its execution and, in turn, the value component of the mentioned phenomenon of mental activity of a serviceman is directed to spiritual, intellectual and social personality development during its realizing. It has been identified the criteria of motivation and value component of professional activity of servicemen: attitude for results obtaining, social and personal beliefs, dominant vision for the future. It has been carried out a selection of diagnostic tools in order to identify the developed level of the mentioned criteria. It has been carried out an experimental research of identifying of the developed level of motivation and value component of professional activity of servicemen. It has been carried out an analysis of the developed level of the mentioned problem and it has been elaborated practical recommendations as to the increasing of the level of professional motivation of servicemen activity. According to the present, the logic of our research building is directed to the search of means for determining and developing of motivation and value sphere of servicemen during their professional activity.
