Abstract

This article is devoted to the study of the peculiarities of students-psychologists’ semantic sphere, as this phenomenon of human consciousness penetrates to all spheres of human being and leads to manifestations of youth’s life disorientation. That is why the disclosure of the peculiarities of the impact of value-semantic orientations on students behavior is a topical issue of the present. The practical implementation of the study of this problem requires a painstaking work, which consists in the selection, development and testing of a set of methods. Among the latter one can distinguish general scientific methods (analysis, synthesis, comparison, classification, generalization), empirical methods (method of life sense orientations (LSO), D.A. Leont'eva (Krambo and Macholik), methods of research of true value orientations of personality by S.S.Bubnov, "Test of Values" (Value Questionnaire (VQ)) Sh. Schwartz, the method of diagnosing of inclination to behavior with deviations A.N.Orel)), as well as methods of mathematical statistics (Kolmagorov-Smirnov criterion, Pearson correlation coefficient, Spirman correlation coefficient ) The sample of our experiment at the recital stage was a group of students-psychologists of 44 persons of the first and second year of studying, speciality 6.030103 “Practical Psychology” in the National Aviation University, Kyiv. The obtained results revealed that the higher the level of inclination to overcome norms and rules, the higher levels of high social status, social activity, communication, life process, goals of life, material well-being, recognition and respect, power, autonomy and achievement, and lower levels of conformity, universality and security. It is also indisputable that the higher is the level of addictive human behavior, the higher is the level of desire for a pleasant spending of time, mercy, universalism, the need for security and the lesser levels of social activity, communication, power, life process, locus of control - self, achievement, kindness. On this basis, we can say that there is a statistically significant correlation between such kind of predisposition to deviant behavior as a tendency to aggressive behavior and value-orientation and self-conception.
