Measurability of oral speech sample as a test quality

Abstract

The article deals with the issue of measurability of oral speech sample when testing speaking skills. The measurability of oral speech sample is viewed as a Speaking Test quality alongside with its other qualities such as validity and reliability. In this respect descriptors of ICAO rating scales are analysed.
