The subject is an integral part of knowledge and skills for the study of technological disciplines for the training of specialists in the field of transportation organization. The aim of the subject is to ensure a sufficient level of competence of specialists for the transport industry in human resource management in enterprises, airports and airlines, the study of the main tasks of personnel management in transport. The tasks of the subject are: – consideration of basic concepts of human resources management; – substantiation of methodological principles of human resources management; – acquaintance with the types of personnel policy of the organization; – formation of skills for the development and implementation of personnel policy of the enterprise, ensuring the purposeful use of personnel of the organization; – consideration of the basics of human resource planning and application of modern methods of personnel needs planning; – acquaintance with the criteria for selection of employees; – substantiation of methods of recruitment and selection of employees; – acquaintance with the process of organization of recruitment and selection of personnel in specific conditions; – consideration of methods and ways of integrating the employee into the team; – study of modern methods of motivation and stimulation of work; – acquaintance with the main tools of staff development, forms of professional training and retraining of employees; – study the impact of corporate culture on the activities of the enterprise; - acquaintance with modern methods of personnel evaluation.

This academic discipline determines the level of general scientific training of bachelors of technical and economic specialties. Currently, it is widely used in the economics of air transportation. On the basis of its methods it is possible to study quantitative characteristics of processes, to get more detailed representations of phenomena character, and also to get parameters for realization of economic calculations for the purpose of forecasting. The objective of the subject is highlight the modern methods of applied statistics, which should be sufficient to develop mathematical and econometric models that arise and are used by analysis of transport systems and processes, to process statistical data related practical activities of air transport specialists. The tasks of the subject are: - mastering the necessary theoretical knowledge of probability theory, mathematical statistics and the basic principles of their application in the system of subjects in training in the specialty 275 «Air Transport Technologies» - mastering the knowledge and skills of using the MS Excel package required for statistical analysis and modeling of random phenomena in transport systems and processes; - instill skills of mathematical research of statistical data processing problems; - develop the ability to independently use the necessary methods and special literature on applied statistics when solving problems and processing statistical data.

The objective of the discipline is to ensure a sufficient level of competence of specialists for civil aviation in matters of application of tariffs, in the implementation of effective tariff policy in air transport. Such knowledge is necessary for making informed decisions on the organization of international activities of airlines operating in a competitive environment in the international air transportation market. The tasks of the discipline are: - mastering the methods of pricing in air transport; - mastering theoretical knowledge and gaining practical skills in the use of aviation passenger and cargo tariffs and fees, benefits and special tariffs; - study of methods of construction of aviation tariffs; - gaining practical skills in the automated calculation of aviation tariffs, a correct understanding of the information contained in the tickets of any carrier, as well as the independent formation of tariffs
