It was found that at the beginning of 2014, experience in implementing the standard at airports was limited and dissemination and frequency of standard implementation were different for various world economic regions. It was noted that one of the reasons of insufficient dissemination of the standard is the absence of systematization of existing experience that leads to uncertainty of trends in standard dissemination and slows down the decisionmaking by airport management concerning the standard’s implementation. To systematize data, the criteria and relevant to them attributes were defined and substantiated that allowed identifying the trends in disseminating the standard in the aviation sector by criteria of conformity assessment of EnMS with ISO 50001:2011 requirements, socio-economic and operational functions of airports. On the basis of the mechanisms of the influence of the methods of mixing the rubber powder, the size of the particles (rubber powders with a particle size of 20 mesh, 60 mesh, 80 mesh and 120 mesh were used - only 4 species, for testing the resistance of the concrete to the compression), etc., on the specific surface of the adhesion of the fine aggregate with rubber powder, the scientific explanation of the logical differences existing in the process of previous studies of rubber concrete has been given, the in-depth study of the influence of methods and mixing parameters, particle sizes and other factors on the resistance of concrete to compression has been carried out. The results show that the negative effect of replacing a fine aggregate of concrete with the same volume of rubber powder on the strength of concrete is much less than the negative impact on the strength of concrete rubber powder mixed with concrete. The size of particles in 60 mesh is a turning point, because the strength of the concrete for compression in the process of reducing the diameter initially decreases, and then increases. The main reason lies in the fact that the specific surface of the mutual contact of rubber particles in concrete is changing. There are the contradictions that arised in the movement of the traffic on city streets, creating a corresponding complexity of their functioning. Mutual influence of pedestrians on vehicular traffic and vice versa, as well as the needness to ensure the safety of city traffic conditions are required the introduction of restrictive and prohibitive measures which, in turn, affect the speed of the transport streams and the capacity of road network. Methods: To analyze the patterns of occurrence of congestion on main streets and perform a theoretical study of measures aimed at improving the efficiency of the road network of the city. Results: We revealed laws of occurrence of congestion on main streets, set the list of obstacles that cause delay the movement of vehicles on the road network of the city and their frequency. Discussion: The main focus for solving the problems of traffic congestion occurrence should be a system of regulating system correlation of demand on the trip and suggestions as street and road infrastructure with the purpose of its loading at the acceptable level.Item Metal structures.
