Adaptation of a logistics company’s business model in the context of digitalization

The purpose of the thesis is the further development of theoretical and practical approaches to the adaptive management of the business model in the conditions of digitalization to optimize the strategic and operational activities of the logistics company. The subject of the study is a set of theoretical aspects and methodological approaches related to the adaptation of the business model of a logistics company in conditions of digitalization. The object of the study is the activity of the logistics company "FTP" in the context of its business model and adaptation to digitalization. Methods of research are analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, modeling, generalization. Materials of the thesis are recommended for use during scientific research, in the educational process and in the practical work of specialists of logistics departments.
