Item Automation of logistics company’s business processes(National Aviation University, 2020-06) Kolisnichenko, Anastasiia; Колісніченко, Анастасія ВікторівнаAt the current stage of technology development in various fields of activity, there is a need for companies to switch to new working methods. Innovation is important for every industry. In order to remain competitive, companies need to use innovation and optimize their processes. Now, for a logistics company, the ability to flexibly manage the supply chain, that is, the company's ability to respond quickly and at the lowest cost to changes in the external environment and violations of regulations, is an important competitive advantage. The tool for this, first of all, is a good information IT system that helps managers and facilitates their work. The system should be configured not only in the company's processes, but also for the needs of customers, and also be able to capture all the nuances of working with a particular load. Over the past decade, there has been a steady growth and spread of digital applications and platforms in logistics, partly due to a conscious push by companies to introduce technologies that increase efficiency and reduce costs. The impact of digitalization and automation on the supply chain is widespread. Digitalization provides greater transparency in the supply and dispatch chains, and thereby improves supply chain management. The tasks of these systems include: record physical data using sensors and influence physical processes; evaluate and store the collected data and actively interact with the digital and physical world; access globally available data and services as needed. The theory and practice of transport and logistics activities are covered in the works of such scientists as Smekhov A.A., Chebotaev A.A., Basel B.P., Mirotin L.B., Shcherbav V.V., Merzlyak A.V., Koskur-Ogly E.O., Glogus O.V., Kalchenko A.G., Eremeeva L.V., Lavrikov I.V. However, the elucidated approaches to the improvement of logistics activity by means of automation of business processes of enterprises do not contain practical recommendations for their application in the conditions of the modern environment.Item Sale system engineering of logistic services(National Aviation University, 2020-06) Semenova, Alina; Семенова, Аліна ОлександрівнаFor almost 50 years, the cold telemarketing technique has been actively used in business worldwide. Today the technology of active sales is successfully applied in Ukraine. Telephone marketing allows domestic companies to significantly reduce advertising costs and effectively promote products or services. Despite the fact that telephone sales have been used in the Ukrainian market relatively recently, they demonstrate tangible results and lead companies to the heights of business success. A company can increase the recognition of its brand, goods, service by ordering a telemarketing service (cold calls) in the contact center. The relevance of the topic is explained by the fact that today there is the growing demand in the Ukrainian market for international transportation is neither import nor export, and the quality organization of the sales system and its engineering throughout the process affects the degree of customer satisfaction and improves the quality of service. The purpose of the thesis is to most effectively organize the work of telemarketers. A combination of cold and warm calls during the working day is essential, which helps to increase sales and reduce the amount of time spent inefficiently. The object of the research is the sales processes of the telemarketing department by the logistical company «FTP» LLC. There are such ways of attracting clients in the FTP Company - ringing at a cold base, ringing up warm customers, meeting people at exhibitions, sending letters, meetings. For telemarketers, the main ways to attract customers are cold calls and mailing. Therefore, the main problem of the company is that it does not look for new ways to attract customers, but uses only cold calls, sending a standard letter and requesting references. As the company is on the stage of growth some processes of the company needs to be reengineered and, first of all, FTP should: - implement warm calls for telemarketers that can be received from the main site of the company when people see the phone number and make a call or leave a request; - re-develop the corporate site so that it would be more informative for the customer; - re-engineer previous messages of the company and make them more personalized; - combine warm and cold calls along with e-mails to increase performance efficiency.Item Organization of company interaction with customers in an electronic environment(National Aviation University, 2020-06) Koptiev, Anton; Коптєв, Антон МиколайовичGlobalization and the new internet-based capabilities of ready informational networking among companies impose and enable new value-added structures known as bot-tom-up economy. The structure and process related nature of the bottom-up economy is dramatically different from the top-down economy of the past in that it follows a logic of cooperation among smaller, locally based value-added units flexibly combining to form larger structures to generate complex products and services. This is referred to as open production by production managers and suggests that new technical opportunities might give rise to structural changes also in the logistics sector in future. From the angle of small and medium-size logistics companies the challenge is to be able to forge ties of cooperation with other logistics service providers quickly and with as little input of resources as possible in a situation in which the cooperative business processes must be handled efficiently with the aim of providing joint logistics services in the market. The present stock of software used by small and medium-size logistics companies systematically supports isolated internal functions and is not made for easy and quick integration with the software applications of complementary partners in the value-added process. Innovative, co-operation-supporting and multitenant cooperation-enabling logistics cloud services, resp. hold out the promise of new opportunities for the short-term establishment and termination of logistics ties of cooperation without the need or risk of investment associated with conventional software applications. Meanwhile the integration issue between cooperation partners on the IT level can essentially be cleared up by the usage of the same cloud software installation.Item Logistic approach to enterprise resource management(National Aviation University, 2020-06) Lysenko, Mariia; Лисенко, Марія ІгорівнаThe resources of the enterprise - this is what makes up a significant part of its activities. It is the resources and their use that determine the potential of the company. Enterprise resources are all tangible and intangible assets, as well as intellectual potential and opportunities that can be directed towards the creation of products and services. Proper resource management is not only the basis for the normal functioning of the organization, but also can become a competitive advantage. One of the distinguishing features of resources is their limited nature and cost, therefore, the topic of determining their effective system is relevant, and it allows identifying reserves for increasing the profitability of financial and economic activities of enterprises and liquidity of assets. A lot of works by leading economists, such as Lyubushin N.P., Lobacheva E.N., Zakharov I.V., Legostaeva E.A., Shubina S.V., Shraibfeder D., Slipachuk O., Zolotova N.N., Savitskaya G.V., Lukash Yu.A., Zyryanova O.T. and others are devoted to the study of issues of an effective resource system. In market conditions, the effectiveness of the enterprise is evaluated by many indicators. In turn, these indicators depend on various factors, such as the volume of products sold, the quality of the product, demand, costs, etc. In modern enterprises, specialists require a high level of knowledge in various fields. Among them are production, finance, marketing, etc. Specialists should not only know and understand all these processes well, but also be able to quickly and timely respond to a changing situation, and as a result make informed decisions. In order for the system to function as a whole, it is necessary to organize end-to-end management. Effective implementation of management processes is ensured by logistic methodologies that allow optimizing the entire supply chain.Item Digitization of processes of sea freight transportation(National Aviation University, 2020-06) Antonov, А.А.; Антонов, А.А.Up to 90% of world’s merchandise are carried by sea and the reason is that there are multiple benefits for foreign trade compared with air, rail or road transport. In an ever-growing globalized economy, the necessity for shipping bigger volumes of cargo in the less time possible is increasing. This has led to the construction of the so-called mega vessels, with the capacity to carry huge amounts of goods into thousands of shipping containers at once. This dynamic benefits the economy of scale and foreign trade, import, and export of all kinds of merchandise and raw materials. Shipping is present in the development of our daily lives, even if we are sometimes unaware of this fact. There are you four reasons why shipping is the favourite way of transport: ‒ It´s cheaper: Shipping industry has the most competitive freight costs, as is one of the most cost-effective ways of goods transportation through long distances. ‒ It´s the ideal way to move big volumes of cargo: Vessels are built to carry huge amounts of goods and raw materials in comparison with the capacity of airplanes or trucks. In addition, shipping allows the movement of liquids, gas and dangerous cargo. For this matter, there are certain regulations to keep the safety of the vessel, the crew, and the cargo. ‒ It´s safe: The percentages of losses caused by incidents during transport by sea have dropped until it lowest since a decade according to reports from Allianz. ‒ It’s eco-friendly: In comparison with the road transport, the maritime industry is less dangerous for the environment. The shipping industry is responsible for only 12% of the total of pollution generated by human economic activities. Digital transformation showed platform-operated companies such as UBER, Airbnb or Facebook to be digital disruptors. In many industries, we state that, in the blink of an eye, digital platforms dis-intermediate entire industries. We can see the same platform hype at clients from the transportation industry, where many players aspire to disrupt a market of a multi-billion industry worldwide. Forwarders as intermediaries were expected to become redundant and a bare platform model was expected to allow for direct interaction between carriers and shippers. Yet, despite numerous efforts, all platform wannabes have failed to generate game-changing effects and the market is as hyperfragmented as ever. Digital connectors may have the potential to reduce the need for freight forwarders to organize shipments for multiple parties manually. Direct interaction between shippers and carriers is technologically feasible with digital connectors and makes economic sense if a certain platform is able to bring together a critical mass of players in its realm. As a consequence, the intermediary function of freight forwarders is threatened by dis-intermediation and suggests that they are the predecessor of a multi-sided (industry) platform without transport liability. The purpose of bachelor thesis is justification of digital technology implementation project and project proposals development whose aims are increasing of quality of service and, consequently, competitiveness. The following scientist and researchers focused their efforts on developing digital technologies on transport: Konstantinos Gkoumas, Mitchell van Balen, Anastasios Tsakalidis, Ferenc Pekar [51], Dmitriev A.V [52], Plastunyak I. A. [53], Markus Fruth and Frank Teuteberg [54], Leonard Heilig, Eduardo Lalla-Ruiz, Stefan Voss [55]. In accordance with purpose of thesis was defined and formed the follow tasks: 1. Consider theoretical basics of international sea transport organization. 2. Breakdown of legal basics of freight forwarder functioning. 3. To study global modern marine technology trends. 4. Study current situation of transport market in Ukraine. 5. Describe general characteristic of freight forward company Navis. 6. Carry out analysis of the Navis business indicators. 7. To carry out of SWOT analysis of Navis company. 8. Explore the possibility of implementation the digital technology in the process of maritime transport organization. 9. Carry out calculation of the economic efficiency of the digital transformation. The object of research was the processes of sea transport organization, the impacts on this process and the ways to improve customer service. During the performance of the thesis was used general scientific methods: system analysis, induction and deduction, analyze and synthesis, expertise. During calculation of economic effectiveness of the project was used project performance indicators. The information sources during thesis research were: – regulations and legal documents; – scientific and methodological development whose connect with sea transport organization by freight forwarder; – statistics and financial report of Navis company, internal documents that describe company’s activity; – Internet sources.Item Organization of logistics support for technobusiness(National Aviation University, 2020-06) Kostiuk, Volodymyr; Костюк, Володимир ОлександровичA logistical approach using in the management of domestic companies is a necessary condition for improving the efficiency of management, competitiveness and intensification of their integration into the world economic system. The search for ways to reduce costs goes in the direction of improving the management of procurement, sales, storage of goods and materials, improving cooperation between suppliers, consumers and contractors, changing the technology of material flows, and so on. The special relevance of the use of logistics in Ukrainian enterprises is due to the following circumstances: globalization and European integration processes, in which Ukrainian companies try to take an active part; multinational companies getting into the Ukrainian market; establishing stable relations with foreign partners who use new approaches in management; additional opportunities created by logistics for survival and development of enterprises in the conditions of vaguely forecasted economic results, narrowing of demand and crisis, etc. The works of many scientists are devoted to the research of the problems of logistics management, for example, among Ukrainian scientists we can distinguish Grigorak M.Yu., Karpun O.V., Katerna O.K., Molchanova K.M., Savchenko L.V., Bakaev L.O., Krykavsky E.V., Chukhray N.I., Chornopyska N.V., Tyurina N.M., Skorobagatova T.M. and other.Item Information support for the control of the agro-enterprise transport processes(National Aviation University, 2020-06) Stahura, A.P.; Стахура, А.П.Moving agricultural products between different points in the country implies handling issues regarding perishability of products, long and tortuous supply chains marked by the presence of several operators and no alternate roads, the need to maintain a cold chain to guarantee the quality of the final product, consumption behavior and habits, and the role that health aspects and organoleptic quality play in purchasing decisions of consumers, among others. According to Pietro and Timpanaro [45], the cost the agricultural logistics vanes between 20-30% of the cost of the product. This can be even higher depending on the type of chain involved, e.g the distance from origin and the type of transportation considered. Thus, it is important to view the transportation and logistics system as a whole since “the production, exchange, distribution and consumption of agricultural products constitute the organic chain of agriculture reproduction. Any deficiency of them will affect the development of agriculture”. Moreover, it is important the study of distribution networks in order to address the different issues existing between the diverse parties involved in the transportation and distribution systems of products. Daganzo, for example, establishes the principle of distribution network application with the goal of uniting one origin with one destination, one origin to many destinations and many to many systems using transshipment centers and providing methods to solve it. On the other hand, Agra demonstrated that the costs associated with the transport of goods represent a large part of the final cost.Item Organization of client-oriented service of cleaning company(National Aviation University, 2020-06) Шпорт, І.В.; Shport, I. V.When analysing the main trends in the situation in various corporate markets, a constant increase in competition is evident. It also encourages companies to search for new tools and approaches for attracting and retaining a client. A customer-oriented approach is considered by many as a worthy way out of the current market situation. However, most managers and specialists do not know what needs to be done so that the client votes for customer-oriented with his own money. Recently, “customer-oriented” means the policy of a successful organization that is aware that the client is at the center of its activity. Even the most common interpretations of it are identifying the needs of the client, respectful and interested attitude to him, focusing on long-term relationships with the client, etc. - do not give a complete picture of how the organization should change in order to become customer-oriented. Very often there is a substitution of concepts: customer orientation is identified with the presence in the company of quality service standards. Any customer has the right to guaranteed quality service and respect, even if the purchase did not take place. These are the basic norms of a customer relationship, relevant for any organization. But at the same time, strictly observing service standards, the organization may not be customer-oriented. In other words, she does not seek to create conditions under which the client wants to reuse her services.Item Management of corporate social responsibility of a logistics company(National Aviation University, 2020-06) Kurbatova, Valeriia; Курбатова, Валерія ГеннадіївнаCorporate social responsibility (CSR) is the fulfillment by organizations of social obligations prescribed by law, and their willingness to bear the corresponding mandatory costs. CSR policy has a great influence on the world market and plays an important role. A strong CSR policy enables the company to develop and expand its influence, among other beneficial opportunities. In the context of globalization, an unstable external environment and high competition, corporate social responsibility is extremely relevant. It allows companies to increase the effectiveness and profitability, as well as increase competitiveness. Therefore, a company that develops its CSR activities has a wider environment of influence and responsibility, and therefore it should qualitatively and reliably think over the strategy and policy of CSR. Analysis of research and publications. The structure of CSR, the main functions, components and motivations of CSR, the characteristics of the parties involved in the CSR policy of the company were developed and described by T. Cannon, A.B. Carroll, K.M. Shabana and G. Windsor. The conceptual framework of CSR, business case analysis and responsibility in the 21st century, environmental research and analysis, the impact of CSR on the environment have been described by John O. Okpara, Samuel O. Idowu and Jean D. Kabongo. The purpose of the bachelor thesis is to research corporate social responsibility, its structure and types of activity, the impact of CSR, the ways of implementing CSR, well-known projects within the framework of CSR activitis and improving the CSR policy of the logistics company Ekol Logistics.Item Investment support for the development of a seaport(National Aviation University, 2020-06) Dzhangutinov, Amir; Джангутінов, Амір МариковичPorts are an essential element of the national transport infrastructure not only because they bring together trading partners that provide demand for transport services, but also due to the role in connecting the national market to the global networks. Indeed, the trend for globalisation set a new reality, where the prosperity of the nation is linked to its ability to look beyond its borders and expand its commercial interests overseas. However, the concept of international trade evolved dramatically over the last fifty years. From the economic point of view, the states were striving for integration, which entailed the creation of massive economic blocks with the most renown example of the European Union. Nevertheless, not only the regional cooperation arose: large business saw massive benefits in bringing their services overseas bolstered by loose legislation, permanent growth, developing markets and, undoubtedly, cost savings. It is no longer sensational to wear the clothes of an American brand produced in Vietnam or China, neither it is extraordinary to assemble the finished product in Germany using the parts supplied from totally different parts of the world. Although recent movements raised concerns over the future of globalisation, the economic benefits and cost efficiencies cannot be disputed. On this stage, it is possible to bring a question about the role of logistics in such a development. What has been done is, in fact, a total rethinking of the global fleet with larger and specialised vessels entering the game along with tremendous investment in the national logistics infrastructure through both public and private incentives. The latter fact is the turning point for the discussion, which the text of this thesis universally unveils. speaking of the national logistics infrastructure, it is of utmost importance to determine the core elements playing the most paramount role in linking the local market to the global networks. After a rather superficial observation, the fact of seaborne transportation being accountable for more than 90 per cent of trade in commodities barely leaves any doubts as to the prime role of ports as the connecting points between the country and the rest of the world. The evidence is equivocal: the largest global exporting and importing states host the largest commercial harbours globally on their soil, with the examples including Shanghai, Rotterdam, Long Beach, Hamburg, and Hong Kong. The developing nations are also striving to be in line with the development and initiated major infrastructural projects, particularly in South-East Asia.Item Organization of sale of logistics operator services(National Aviation University, 2020-06) Melnyk, M. V.; Мельник, М.В.Logistics services move materials into and out of a company. This can involve transportation, packaging, warehousing and security. When we sell these services, we may confuse our potential customer with too many options. In addition, our customer may not have a clear sense of what kind of savings can be had from each type of service. Selling logistics (3PL) services is getting tougher with growing competition in the logistics industry. 3PL experts agree that pricing remains a vital factor in attracting customers to their business. Customers seek 3PL services because they believe service providers can run their transportation and warehouses more efficiently and effectively for a reasonable price. Every 3PL provider faces the challenge to retain existing customers while attracting new clients. And when we talk about customer retention first of all we talk about the quality and price of services. The client stays with us while it is profitable for him. Nowadays, logistics research focuses on testing the ability of logistics companies to provide service with high level of quality that create and retain satisfied customers. Customer loyalty is often recognized as an essential problem in the company operating, that is looking for a sustainable and long-term presence in the target market. Challenge is not in creation of the high quality services and making customers be satisfied, because many competitors are able to do that, but in making loyal and profitable customers. Loyalty means that customer, during a longer period of time, buys and uses specific service structure and has positive attitudes towards company and its offers. Companies are in constant dilemma about what shall be done in order to gain true and loyal customers. Everybody agrees that service quality and satisfaction are main prerequisites for customer loyalty. If customer is satisfied, it’s logical that he should buy - use the same service of a company again. However, that doesn’t happen always, since satisfaction is not the only prerequisite for loyalty. A customer can be satisfied until a competitive service appears the quality and price of which are more attractive. A customer too can have positive attitudes toward a company and not to be satisfied with a service and vice versa. That means that satisfied customer still can change a company. It is necessary to bear in mind that modern customers are rarely characterized with lifetime loyalty, or any other kind of loyalty for that matter, to one offer or one company.Item Organization of special equipment lease of construction company(National Aviation University, 2020-06) Nikolaev, М.О.; Ніколаєв, M.O.Industrial enterprises in Ukraine provide their customers with building materials and provide rental services for various special equipment. Available equipment for construction, transportation, and other activities in demand at the construction site, in industrial workshops, with carriers. A wide fleet of special equipment allows you to choose the right machine for any needs and quickly send it to the object to perform tasks. In the context of the ongoing economic crisis in the country for more than two years, many owners of special equipment parks stopped buying special equipment and equipment in the previous volumes and turned to the services of companies providing fixed assets for rent. Equipment rental, with or without an operator, or, as they say now, outsourcing, allows you to do without large investments in the purchase of equipment, its maintenance, as well as avoid downtime. Lease companies are seriously affected by seasonality. In the cold season, frontal bucket loaders are especially in demand, and in the construction season - cranes. The estimated demand for the near future can be calculated only fairly approximately - therefore, there are frequent cases when the customer, having won a tender, say, for snow removal, simply cannot find the required number of units of this equipment in the city, since all available on the balance sheet the car owner has already been leased. This question is especially painful for customers who need narrowly specialized machines - for example, in mobile snow melting installations.Item Organization of road transport in terms of global crisis(National Aviation University, 2020-06) Ihnatova, А.О.; Ігнатова, А.О.It is obvious that at the moment the main problems of the industry due to the pandemic are associated with serious delays in the supply and damage of goods with special properties (for example, perishable). Also, do not forget that a lot of people have traditionally been involved in the transportation of goods, from the preparation of the cargo, its packaging and loading, and ending with paperwork and escort. Paperwork for goods is an integral part of the work of forwarders, carriers, line agents, warehouse complexes and terminals, customs authorities and even banks, and despite the widespread introduction of digital technologies and the use of modern data exchange systems, many transportation stages are still connected with paper work that is done exclusively by people. In connection with the introduction of strict quarantine measures, many enterprises temporarily close offices, transfer their employees to remote work, changing the usual business processes for all, which can be the cause of various kinds of errors when transferring data along the supply chain and processing transport documents for goods. It is also obvious that any reduction in the volume of goods produced and delays in their dispatch have a strong impact on the income of cargo owners. In this regard, there is a risk that customers will require forwarders to urgently (including without proper execution of the relevant documents and amendments to the contract) organize alternative delivery options that may be more expensive or less reliable than traditional ones, for example, deliver goods by constantly growing prices amid the crisis by air transport or use them to deliver small and little-known contractors with all the risks involved. Many companies not only temporarily closed their offices, but also significantly limited foreign business trips of employees, which may lead to insufficient control over the security of transactions and a decrease in the quality of customer service. It should be noted that in these circumstances, the role of videoconferencing is significantly increasing, which allows you to gather all interested parties in the supply chain and quickly discuss the necessary actions for each of the parties to the process.Item Organization of freight transportation by a logistics company(National Aviation University, 2020-06) Kitsio, Ilya; Кіціо, Ілля ІгоровичAccording to Wikipedia, transportation is defined as the movement of people, animals and goods from one location to another. Modes of transport include air, rail, road, water, cable, pipeline and space. The field can be divided into infrastructure, vehicles and operations. Transportation is important since it enables trade between people, which in turn establishes civilizations. I find it an interesting point that transportation is an enabler of civilization, but this makes sense, as it enables the ability to trade and communicate. The Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals defines logistics as the process of planning, implementing, and controlling procedures for the efficient and effective transportation and storage of goods including services, and related information from the point of origin to the point of consumption for the purpose of conforming to customer requirements. This definition includes inbound freight management, outbound, internal, and external movements. Transportation is the driver of logistics, but logistics is the race car driver in the seat of transportation. In fact, it’s easy to see from that sentence alone, the pure difference. Logistics requires planning, transportation is just the mode to execute the planning, when getting freight from point A to point B. Clearly, they are not the same thing, but transportation is just simply a part of logistics. When it comes to logistics, logistics executives must make further decisions beyond the mode of transportation to include: packaging; containerization; documentation; insurance; storage; importing and exporting regulations; freight claims management; choosing the correct LTL freight class LTL freight class for your shipment; working & collaborating with other executives within the supply chain; managing vendors and partners; responsible for mitigating risk and mitigating expenditures.Item Organization of LPG transportation to Ukraine(National Aviation University, 2020-06) Dubrovska, Oleksandra; Дубровська, Олександра РоманівнаAt present, in order to succeed in entrepreneurial activity, it is not enough to use marketing approaches, the use of modern highly effective methods and methods for managing stream processes, such as logistics, is required. Logistics as a practical activity has steadily occupied its niche in the management of modern enterprises. Logistics is of great importance for customers, suppliers of the enterprise, its owners and shareholders. Logistics coordinates all the structures of the enterprise (direction, ordering and distribution of products from the manufacturer to the final consumer, taking into account profitability, efficiency, productivity). The main task of production logistics is to create and ensure the effective functioning of an integrated material management system at an enterprise. The role of logistics in a modern company is optimistic and integral. Optimization of all processes in the enterprise provides logistics. The solution to the problem of optimizing all processes in an enterprise is impossible without the application of principles, methods, and logistics functions. The use of logistic concepts and systems allows firms to reduce all types of product stocks in production, supply and marketing, accelerate working capital turnover, reduce production costs, and ensure full satisfaction of consumers with the quality of goods and services. The potential of logistics improves the organizational and economic stability of the enterprise in the market. A mandatory component of the organizational structure of a successful enterprise is the logistics department. The logistics functions of the enterprise include the following functions: operational-calendar planning of finished products; operational management of production processes; material supply planning; product quality control; maintaining product and service quality standards. Liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), also liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) is a purified and prepared petroleum gas converted to a liquid state under the influence of high pressure and butane to facilitate storage and transportation. Transportation of LPG is very important and very difficult. That’s why we need to use logistics approach to LPG transportation.Item Management of transcontinental delivery of perishable products(National Aviation University, 2020-06) Kompaniiets, D.O.; Компанієць, Д.О.Perishable cargo - a special cargo that requires a special temperature, air and temporary conditions, as well as humidity conditions during transportation and storage in order to maintain its condition or suitability for a specific purpose. Transportation of perishable goods a priori assumes that the goods will arrive at the destination in the same quality as they were when loading in the refrigerator. As a result of this, all products, even at the loading stage, are carefully checked. Vegetables, greens, berries and fruits should not have moisture and traces of mold. There should be no mucus on meat carcasses. Particular attention during loading should be given to processed products. They must be calibrated and, if necessary, sealed. Perishable goods must be carefully checked. If such a check is not carried out, then there is a possibility that during transportation the products will corrode corny. Perishable goods are transported by rail, water (river and sea), by road, and to a lesser extent by air. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the transcontinental supply chain of perishable products and develop proposals that lead to an increase in the number of related transportation problems. In accordance with the purpose of the thesis, the following tasks were identified and formed: Find out what perishable products are, their classification; Study of the features of the transportation of perishable products, especially by sea; Study of the features of the supply chain; The study of various modes of transport for such transportation; To characterize the importing company "Imperial Holding"; To conduct diagnostics of the financial and production companies of Imperial Holding; Analyze the logistics system of the enterprise; Identify the problems the company is facing; Development of solutions to problems; Calculate possible improvement in the supply chain; Determine the consequences of introducing a blockchain system in the organization of logistics processes in the company "Imperial Holding".Item Customization of warehouse services of logistics provider(National Aviation University, 2020-06) Kuzmenko, Anna; Кузьменко, Анна ОлегівнаNowadays it is impossible to imagine a modern business without logistics. If earlier the word “logistics” was associated only with warehousing and transportation of goods, today it covers information flows, tourism, trade and much more. Each business involves a complex scheme of processes, which in one way or another intersect and depend on each other. Failure in any element leads to a cascade of violations in the whole system. For this purpose, it is necessary to clearly understand the concept of a process and its behavior while interacting with other processes, master tools of process design and develop several fallback options for actions in case of violations and discrepancies. One of the most popular areas is warehouse logistics. Every year, more and more stores open both new outlets and online platforms. Despite one trading network, these are two completely different types of logistics services. Shops try to retain their own storage facilities in order to optimize their costs, which increases the load on logistical enterprises. Products for stores and online sites undergo completely different processing. For on-site stores, warehouses handle seasonal bulk deliveries. Whereas for on-line stores, a stream of a wide variety of orders arrives daily and requires immediate processing and execution. Besides, there are about ten most popular delivery services in Ukraine and it is important for the client to choose the most suitable one. Moreover, different products have different storage requirements. Even if it is not about food products or others that require a strict temperature or humidity. Since the goods can be stored on pallets, in boxes, in plastic containers of different sizes, each type has its own type of transport and equipment. Accordingly, for different types of shipping and moving around the warehouse, different distances between the racks, height, marking and more are required. The number of storage locations and rational zoning is directly proportional to the cash and time costs of the warehouse. The number of customers and the type of their products also depend on the capacity of warehouse.Item Organization of goods delivery in quarantine conditions(National Aviation University, 2020-06) Khomenko, M.S.; Хоменко, М.С.The pandemic-induced clampdown of geographical corridors and restrictions imposed on cross-country mobility of goods are some of the factors that are carrying serious implications for the freight and transportation industry. A sudden slump in demand owing to the slowdown in economic activities across the key end-user sectors and restricted passenger mobility have eschewed growth prospects in the freight and transportation industry. However, suppliers in the freight and transportation industry have the inherent bottlenecks within global goods supply chains to address which have gotten worse with the intensifying coronavirus impact. Buyers and suppliers are expected to collaborate to address this overwhelming coronavirus impact on the freight and transportation industry. This is the need of the hour as their services are considered critical to cater to emergency requirements from healthcare/government agencies. Such initiatives will also assist them to generate additional revenue streams which are currently rare in this economy that is reeling under the coronavirus impact. Governments across countries have stepped in to revive the ailing enterprises in the freight and transportation industry as the demand curve has taken a nosedive owing to the coronavirus impact. The airlines industry is among the worst-hit sectors and has resorted to employee lay-offs and downsizing fleets as cost-saving measures. From a procurement standpoint, it is prudent of buyers to leverage forward contracts with suppliers to ensure normalization of supply post the COVID-19 crisis.Item Logistical support of esports project of tournament provider(National Aviation University, 2020-06) Lokhtin, Y.O.; Лохтін, Є.О.The modern globalized world is developing at a crazy pace.
