Construkting a system of aviation safety as a key element of airport service quality

The scientific-practical basis of the quality of passenger and clientele service at the airport were studied. This was prompted by the need to determine the role of aviation safety (AS) and its impact on the quality and competitiveness of airport services. It was proved that within the framework of the system, quality monitoring is performed in the areas of the service of aviation safety (SAS). As a result of research, a quantitative assessment of the level of aviation safety of the airport, which is the basis for making a relevant management decision in the analysis subsystems, was determined. Management , in this case, implies the system of measures to improve the activities of the SAS.

The basis of better organization of production, strengthening the competitiveness of the business entity in the market, the formation of its image in the socio-economic environment is marketing and marketing communications. The article considers the theoretical foundations of the complex of marketing communications of a special purpose airline with consumers of agricultural aviation services. The target consumers for the special purpose airline in the market of agricultural aviation works are agricultural enterprises. This paper proposes the use of aviation method of plant protection, which is effective for both special purpose airlines and agricultural enterprises.
Modeling of the transport and production complex in the growing of agricultural crops taking into account the aviation component

The transport component has a significant impact on agricultural production, depending on its intensity and the level of development of agro-industrial integration, since transport is directly involved in the technological process of growing crops. Efficient use of transport and production resources makes it necessary to introduce modern resource-saving No-till technologies for growing crops, which is impossible without improving the transport component.

Узагальнено та обґрунтувано теоретичні засади сутності ціноутворення, її складових та побудови тарифів на різних видах транспорту. Зроблено групування функцій ціни за напрямами і механізмами господарського управління. З’ясовано, що реалізувати всі функції неможливо внаслідок суперечливості цілей і завдань еквівалентного розподілу цінностей створених продуктів, тому в ринковій економіці ціни звільнені від низки функцій і використовуються в основному як ринкові регулятори і стимулятори.
Перспективні напрями боротьби з пожежами у лісовому господарстві України

Проаналізовано сучасний стан лісового фонду України, внаслідок чого виявлено райони з найбільшою та найменшою лісистістю. Найбільші лісові масиви розташовані в Поліссі та Карпатах. Досліджено, що найбільшою загрозою для лісових масивів є пожежі, які залишаються серйозною проблемою через значну кількість випадків і знищення площі в багатьох областях. Проаналізувавши статистичні дані пожеж в Україні, виявлено райони, де зареєстровано найбільшу кількість лісових пожеж. З'ясовано, що своєчасне виявлення лісових пожеж дає змогу запобігати їх розповсюдженню на великі території і знищенню великих площ лісових масивів.
