The start of total war by the Russian Federation in Ukraine and the
introduction of the legal regime of martial law affected all spheres of Ukrainian
society. The medical sphere, as a system of social relations that emerged around
the unique resource of human health, was one of the first ways to ensure the
organization of all management processes and resources that could adequately
respond to all the unforeseen risks that arose in connection with the war events.
This is why the task of introducing an appropriate legal system in the field of
health care proved to be so important.
