It should include the care of children, protection of their rights and interests, which are fixed at the legislative level, and worth a lot of attention today. First of all, with the birth of a child, a legal relationship arises between the parents and the child, which imposes a number of rights and obligations on the parents. Parents are obliged to raise a child in love for their motherland, teach respect for the rights and freedom of others, take care of their physical, moral, and spiritual health and in general provide their child with everything possible for a fulfilling life.

One of the important areas is the human right to work, his free choice. It should be noted that the current labor legislation of Ukraine cannot be considered perfect, given that it does not regulate certain types of work, including telework. Which is a significant problem, because according to international statistics, compared to 2005, the number of employees who moved to telecommuting increased by 159%.

Legal regulation of surrogate maternity

Surrogacy is the only way to have a genetically own child for women without a uterus or serious diseases. In the process of this treatment method, the embryo, which has been received after the fertilization of the genetic mother’s oocyte by the genetic father’s spermatozoon, is transferred into the organism of a surrogate mother. For 9 months, the surrogate mother bears a child with whom she does not have any genetic relationship. The newborn is genetically and legally considered a child of the married couple whose embryo has been transferred to the surrogate mother’s uterus.

According to Art. 35 of the Aviation Code of Ukraine, the crew of an aircraft is a person of the aviation personnel who, in accordance with the established procedure, is entrusted with the performance of certain duties for the management and maintenance of the aircraft during flights. Marriage contract

The marriage contract is concluded at the request of the parties both before the registration of the marriage and at any time after its registration by the spouses. The conclusion of a marriage contract before marriage registration, if a minor is a party to it, requires the written consent of his parents or guardian, certified by a notary. The marriage contract cannot regulate personal (non-proprietary) relations of the spouses, as well as personal (non-proprietary) relations between them and children.

According to the third part of Art. 244 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, a power of attorney is a written document issued by one person to another person for representation before third parties. A power of attorney to perform a deed by a representative can be granted by the person represented (the principal) directly to a third party.

In recent years, the Civil Procedure Legislation has been reformed to increase the effectiveness of judicial protection and introduce improved judicial processes. It requires not only an adequate number and equipment of medical facilities, but also an effective system of transporting the wounded, psychological support and protection of medical personnel. It is necessary to support medical innovations and ensure adequate funding to maximise the effectiveness and accessibility of medical care in times of war.

Авіаційна галузь займає важливе місце в житті суспільства, будучи задіяною в багатьох сферах життя: перевезенні пасажирів, пошти, вантажів та багажу, виконанні сільськогосподарських робіт, будівництві. Незважаючи на тимчасове закриття повітряного простору України у зв’язку із введенням воєнного стану на території України, питання авіаційної безпеки цивільної авіації України не повинно залишатися поза увагою науковців, які займаються дослідженням даної проблеми. Адже у післявоєнні роки перед державою постане основне завдання - відновлення діяльності цивільної авіації та її захист від актів незаконного втручання.
