    Efficiency of personnel management of the "Adcom-Kyiv" subsidiary, taking into account international experience

    The thesis is devoted to the issues of effective organization of personnel management by developing recommendations aimed at improving the efficiency of the "Adcom-Kyiv" subsidiary personnel management system. In the introduction, the relevance and practical value of the research topic is determined, the main goal and objectives of the research are indicated, the SUBject and object of research are noted, and the main research methods are indicated. The first part is devoted to thetheoretical foundations of personnel management based on international experience. The historical aspects of the theory of human resources management are determined. The main components and indicators of the effectiveness of personnel management at the enterprise are highlighted. The world experience of personnel management is analyzed. In the second part of the thesis, the activities of the enterprise were presented by the "Adcom-Kyiv" subsidiary staff.The indicators of economic activity are analyzed. Financial appraisal presented by "AdCom-Kyiv" subsidiary staff. Also the "Adcom-Kyiv" subsidiary personnel management system was analyzed. In the third part, the main ways of increasing the efficiency of personnel management at the enterprise of "AdCom-Kyiv" subsidiary are determined.The organizational measures for the proposed measures are described and the economic efficiency of their implementation is calculated. Conclusions and suggestions summarize the results of the study.
