Abstract
розглядаються об’єктивні закономірності розвитку авіаційної техніки та безпеки перельотів з врахуванням людського фактору як найважливішої технічної та соціальної проблеми сучасності. Проведено аналіз якості безпеки польотів із урахуванням психологічних особливостей технічного персоналу та показана важливість ролі інженерно-авіаційної служби в питаннях удосконалення методів технічної експлуатації, забезпеченні надійності систем повітряних суден. Визачено, що в основі нових підходів має бути закладений принцип пріоритету інтересів людини поряд з економічною вигодою авіакомпанії, що є запорукою її стабільного функціонування.
The objective laws of the development of aviation technology and flight safety are considered, taking into account the human factor as the most important technical and social problem of our time. In consideration of the psychological characteristics of technical personnel the analysis of the quality of flight safety is carried out, the importance of the aviation engineering service role in improving the methods of technical operation, ensuring the reliability of aircraft systems is shown. It is agreed that the new approaches should be based on the principle of priority of human interests along with the economic benefits of the airline, which is the key to its stable operation.
