Abstract

Steel structures of an industrial building have a number of advantages, one of which is the durability and energy efficiency of ceramic blocks. Taking into account sustainable development, it becomes appropriate to use this building material due to its environmental friendliness and energy-saving properties. However, one of the main reasons for the relevance of this topic is the current situation in our country. Due to the war, a huge number of residential, industrial and public buildings were destroyed, therefore the construction of an industrial building for the production of ceramic blocks in the city of Zhytomyr will have a huge potential in the post-war reconstruction, as well as in the revival and strengthening of the economy of the region and Ukraine in general.Сталеві конструкції промислової будівлі має ряд переваг, однією з яких є довговічність та енергоефективність керамічних блоків. Зважаючи на сталий розвиток, стає доцільним використання цього будівельного матеріалу через його екологічність та енергозберігаючі властивості. Однак однією з головних причин актуальності даної теми є нинішня ситуація в нашій країні. Через війну було зруйновано величезну кількість житлових, промислових та громадських будівель, тому будівництво промислового корпусу з виробництва керамічних блоків у місті Житомир матиме величезний потенціал у післявоєнній відбудові, оскільки а також у відродженні та зміцненні економіки регіону та України загалом.
