Abstract
Law in every country may be fair and effective only if it understands a
human as the highest value. This process may take much time in the historical
dimension; however, it has consequences in ordered stable life, reliable
legislation, and real human rights implementation and protection as well.
Право в кожній країні може бути справедливим та ефективним лише тоді, коли воно розуміє людину як найвищу цінність. Цей процес може зайняти багато часу в історичному вимірі, але він має наслідки у вигляді впорядкованого стабільного життя, надійного законодавства, а також реальна реалізацію та захист прав людини.
Право в кожній країні може бути справедливим та ефективним лише тоді, коли воно розуміє людину як найвищу цінність. Цей процес може зайняти багато часу в історичному вимірі, але він має наслідки у вигляді впорядкованого стабільного життя, надійного законодавства, а також реальна реалізацію та захист прав людини.
