Навчально-методичний комплекс дисципліни "Правове регулювання інтеграції України в ЄС"

Abstract

Дана дисципліна є теоретичною основою сукупності знань та вмінь, що формують міжнародний профіль фахівця в області міжнародного права. Засвоєння даної дисципліни дасть можливість методологічно обґрунтувати та системно упорядкувати теоретичні уявлення фахівця про правове регулювання інтеграції України в ЄС, як науку, пов’язану з усвідомленням положення про форми та методи міжнародно-правового регулювання інтеграції. Метою викладання дисципліни є формування у студентів уявлення про основні норми та принципи правового регулювання інтеграції України в ЄС та набуття студентами навичок застосування отриманих знань у подальшій практичній роботі.This discipline is the theoretical basis of the set of knowledge and skills that form the international profile of a specialist in the field of international law. Mastering this discipline will provide an opportunity to methodologically justify and systematize theoretical ideas of a specialist about the legal regulation of Ukraine's integration into the EU, as a science related to the awareness of the provisions on the forms and methods of international legal regulation of integration. The purpose of teaching the discipline is to form students' understanding of the basic norms and principles of legal regulation of Ukraine's integration into the EU and students' acquisition of skills in applying the acquired knowledge in further practical work.
