Оцінка амплітуди резонансних коливань зубчастої передачі зі змінним передатним відношенням при роторних вібраціях

Abstract

Розглянуто вплив асиметричної функції передатного відношення зубчастої пе- редачі на амплітуду резонансних коливань при роторних вібраціях, отримано аналітичні залежності для визначення амплітуд критичних коливань.The estimate of amplitude of resonance oscillations from the rotor vibration of tooth gear with asymmetric function of transmission ratio is submitted, the analytic dependences for valuation of amplitude of critical oscillations are obtained. It is proved that the variability of the frequency of forced oscillations in contrast to the constant value of the frequency of natural oscillations of the system indicates the possibility of the use of these gears to lower vibrational activity of gear reducer.
