Поновлення функціонально-просторового устрою зруйнованих міських житлових утворень

Abstract

While recovering the residential development of Ukrainian cities destroyed as a result of military aggression, is the improvement of the planning structure of the entity that is relevant. The study provides the initial parameters for recovery, the functional zones of residential formation, control of the area elements. The functional-spatial recovery process includes also urban principles which will make the living environment attractive, comfortable and safe for all categories of residents. Several urban factors are listed that will help to successfully organize the functional elements, involvement the community members into the recovery to create positive socio-psychological microclimate of the environment.
