Abstract

Дана навчальна дисципліна є теоретичною та практичною основою сукупності знань та вмінь, що формують профіль фахівця з менеджменту організацій і адміністрування. Метою викладання дисципліни є знайомство з теоретичними основами проектного аналізу, ознайомлення з методологією проектного аналізу в сфері транспортних систем і логістики, оволодіння практикою застосування методів кількісної оцінки проектів в умовах ринкових відносин та прийняття ефективних управлінських рішень в ситуаціях невизначеності та ризику.

This educational discipline is the theoretical and practical basis of the set of knowledge and skills that form the profile of a specialist in the management of organizations and administration. The purpose of teaching the discipline is to get acquainted with the theoretical foundations of project analysis, to get acquainted with the methodology of project analysis in the field of transport systems and logistics, to master the practice of applying methods of quantitative assessment of projects in the conditions of market relations and to make effective management decisions in situations of uncertainty and risk.
