| Короткий огляд (реферат): | The purpose of the study is to investigate the legal prospects for the resumption of air traffic within the territory of Ukraine during military operations. The paper determines that the resumption of air traffic in Ukraine during the war requires a thorough review and reform of legislation in all relevant areas, which necessitates in-depth scientific research and further discussions. Метою роботи є дослідження правових перспектив відновлення повітряного руху в межах території України під час проведення воєнних дій. У робоі визначено, що відновлення авіасполучення в Україні в умовах війни потребує ретельного перегляду та реформування законодавства у всіх відповідних сферах, що зумовлює необхідність глибоких наукових досліджень та подальших дискусій. |
