Abstract

Дана навчальна дисципліна є теоретичною та практичною основою сукупності знань та вмінь, що формують профіль фахівця в галузі проектного менеджменту в міжнародному бізнесі. Метою викладання дисципліни є оволодіння здобувачами освіти теоретичними знаннями та практичними навичками у сфері проектного менеджменту, формування у них необхідних компетенцій щодо ефективного управління проектами різних спрямувань, адаптації і впровадження проектних рішень у практичну діяльність в умовах кризи, оволодіння практикою прийняття ефективних проектних рішень в ситуаціях невизначеності та ризику, для забезпечення їх конкурентоспроможності на глобальному ринку праці у сфері управління організаціями, що дозволить їм зробити позитивний внесок у розвиток суспільства.This educational discipline is the theoretical and practical basis of the set of knowledge and skills that form the profile of a specialist in the field of project management in international business.
