Risk management in supply chains of critical medical supplies

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to study theoretical aspects and to develop practical recommendations for reducing the negative impact of risks that arise during the transportation and storage of critical medical goods. The object of the research is the organization of supply logistics in the charity fund “AntiAIDS Ukraine”. The subject of the research is the risk management in supply chain of critical medical supplies in the charity fund “AntiAIDS Ukraine”. The base of the research is charity fund “AntiAIDS Ukraine”. In the design-recommendation part of the diploma thesis, proposals were developed to reduce the negative impact of risks on the fund's activities and to reorganize the “cold chain” of the charity fund “AntiAIDS Ukraine”. Methods of research are scientific inquiry, empirical, analysis and synthesis, modeling, expert assessments. Materials of the thesis are recommended for use during scientific research, in the educational process and in the practical work of specialists of logistics departments.

Метою дослідження є вивчення теоретичних аспектів та розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо зменшення негативного впливу ризиків, які виникають під час транспортування та зберігання критичних медичних товарів. Об’єктом дослідження є організація логістики постачання в БФ «Україна АнтиСНІД». Предметом дослідження є управління ризиками в ланцюзі постачання життєво важливих товарів медичного призначення в благодійному фонді «АнтиСНІД Україна». Базою дослідження є благодійний фонд «Україна АнтиСНІД». У проектно-рекомендаційній частині дипломної роботи розроблено пропозиції щодо зменшення негативного впливу ризиків на діяльність фонду та реорганізації «холодового ланцюга» БФ «АнтиСНІД Україна». Методи дослідження: науково-дослідний, емпіричний, аналізу та синтезу, моделювання, експертні оцінки. Матеріали дипломної роботи рекомендовано для використання під час наукових досліджень, у навчальному процесі та практичній роботі спеціалістів кафедр логістики.
