Організація міжнародних перевезень вантажів в умовах воєнного стану

Abstract

Метою роботи є знаходження шляхів організації міжнародних перевезеннями вантажів в умовах воєнного стану. У теоретичній частині розглянуто особливості організації міжнародних перевезень вантажів та визначено особливості організації міжнародних перевезень вантажів в умовах воєнного стану. У аналітичній частині проведений аналіз діяльності транспортно-експедиторської компанії ТОВ «ЮТС БРОКЕРИДЖ», виявлені ризики в роботі під час організації міжнародних перевезень в умовах воєнного стану. У проектній частині запропоновані рішення щодо подолання ризиків ризики в роботі під час організації міжнародних перевезень в умовах воєнного стану, а також запропоновано впровадження принципів «мурашиної логістики» за допомогою партнерів «ANT-LOGISTICS» та повну інтеграцію впровадження цієї системи у ТОВ «ЮТС БРОКЕРИДЖ». Матеріали кваліфікаційної роботи рекомендується до впровадження на підприємстві ТОВ «ЮТС БРОКЕРИДЖ», також рекомендується використовувати під час проведення наукових досліджень в навчальному процесі університету.

The purpose of the qualification paper is to find ways to organize international cargo transportation under martial law conditions. In the theoretical chapter, the peculiarities of the organization of international cargo transportation are considered and the peculiarities of the organization of international cargo transportation in the conditions of martial law are determined. An analysis of the activities of the transport and forwarding company «UTS BROKERAGE» LLC was carried out. risks in the activity during the international transportation organization in the conditions of martial law were identified in the analytical chapter. In the project chapter, Solutions are proposed regarding the submission of risks, risks in activity during the international transportation organization in conditions of martial law, as well as the implementation of the principles of "ANT LOGISTICS" and the full integration of the implementation of this system in «UTS BROKERAGE» LLC. The materials of the qualification paper are recommended for implementation at the «UTS BROKERAGE» LLC enterprise, and are also recommended for use during scientific research, in the educational process of the university.
