Управління мультиканальною дистрибуційною мережею торговельної компанії

Abstract

В теоретичному розділі кваліфікаційної роботи було досліджено сутність понять «дистрибуція» та «дистрибуційна мережа», специфіку логістичного підходу до управління дистрибуцією та особливості мультиканальної дистрибуційної мережі. В аналітичному розділі кваліфікаційної роботи був проведений аналіз ринку e-commerce у світі та Україні, аналіз діяльності ТОВ «Епіцентр-К» на українському ринку, а також його існуючої мережі дистрибуції. В проектному розділі кваліфікаційної роботи були запропоновані концептуальні засади розподіленого управління замовленнями в мультиканальній дистрибуції та розроблені рекомендації щодо впровадження розподіленого управління замовленнями в діяльність ТОВ «Епіцентр-К». Також були проведені розрахунки економічного ефекту від проектних пропозицій. Матеріали кваліфікаційної роботи рекомендуються використовувати під час проведення наукових досліджень, у навчальному процесі та в практичній діяльності фахівців логістичних підрозділів.

In the theoretical chapter of the qualification work, the essence of the concepts «distribution» and «distribution network», the specifics of the logistics approach to distribution management, and the features of the multi-channel distribution network were investigated. In the analytical chapter of the qualification work, an analysis of the e-commerce market in the world and Ukraine, an analysis of the activities of «Epicenter-K» LLC on the Ukrainian market, as well as its existing distribution network, were carried out. In the project chapter of the qualification work, the conceptual principles of distributed order management in multi-channel distribution were proposed and recommendations for the implementation of distributed order management in the activities of «Epicenter-K» LLC were developed. Calculations of the economic effect of project proposals were also carried out. Materials of the thesis are recommended for use during scientific research, in the educational process and in the practical work of specialists of logistics departments.
