Management of logistics activities of agricultural companies based on automation

Abstract

The purpose of the thesis is the further development of theoretical and practical approaches to the management of logistics activities of agricultural companies based on automation. The subject of the investigation is the reengineering of business processes in customer service chains of the agriculture company «Kernel».The object of the research is the processes of automation in logistics activity of agriculture company «Kernel». Methods of research are scientific inquiry, empirical, analysis and synthesis, modeling, expert assessments, extrapolation of time series. Materials of the thesis are recommended for use during scientific research, in the educational process and in the practical work of specialists of logistics departments.

Метою дипломної роботи є подальший розвиток теоретичних і практичних підходів до управління логістичною діяльністю сільськогосподарських підприємств на основі автоматизації. Предметом дослідження є реінжиніринг бізнес-процесів у ланцюжках обслуговування клієнтів агрокомпанії «Кернел». Об’єктом дослідження є процеси автоматизації логістичної діяльності агрофірми «Кернел». Методи дослідження: науково-дослідний, емпіричний, аналіз і синтез, моделювання, експертні оцінки, екстраполяція часових рядів. Матеріали дипломної роботи рекомендовано для використання під час наукових досліджень, у навчальному процесі та практичній роботі спеціалістів кафедри логістики.
