У цій статті розглядається використання систем Kanban і Scrum у Agile середовищі. Зокрема, розкри-ваються фундаментальні відмінності між двома системами та надається огляд їхніх переваг і недоліків. This article examines the use of Kanban and Scrum systems in an Agile environment. In particular, the funda-mental differences between the two systems are revealed and an overview of their advantages and disadvantages is provided.
