Тенденції розвитку авіаційної галузі України в сучасній світогосподарській системі

Abstract

Здійснено аналіз основних тенденцій розвитку авіаційної галузі України в умовах нестабільності ринку та викликів в сучасній світогосподарській системі. Розвиток підприємств авіаційного комплексу є пріоритетним напрямом для країни. Осучаснення структури авіаційної галузі полягає в перетворенні її із фрагментарного на цілісний, інтегрований у глобальну економіку виробничий комплекс, який здатний до високорентабельної діяльності та розвитку, поєднує діяльність системно структурованих галузевих суб’єктів господарської діяльності, збалансованих потребами зовнішніх і внутрішнього ринків в умовах глобальних викликів, і відповідає вимогам екологічно безпечного розвитку та ефективного використання усіх видів ресурсів. Статистичні дані роботи підприємств авіаційної галузі свідчать, що лише незначна частка з них займається реалізацією зазначених питань. Інноваційна промислова політика в авіаційній галузі повинна враховувати найкращий світовий досвід і базуватися на стратегічному підході.

An analysis of the main trends in the development of the aviation industry of Ukraine in the conditions of market instability and challenges in the modern world economic system was carried out. The development of aviation complex enterprises is a priority direction for the country. The modernization of the structure of the aviation industry consists in transforming it from a fragmented one into a holistic, integrated into the global economy production complex, which is capable of highly profitable activity and development, combines the activities of systemically structured industry subjects of economic activity, balanced by the needs of external and internal markets in conditions of global challenges, and meets the requirements of environmentally safe development and efficient use of all types of resources. Statistical data of the work of aviation industry enterprises show that only a small part of them is engaged in the implementation of the mentioned issues. Innovative industrial policy in the aviation industry should take into account the best global experience and be based on a strategic approach.
