Економічна метрологія в системі забезпечення безпеки підприємства

Abstract

Cтворення інноваційної економіки пов'язано з особливістю сучасного періоду розвитку світової економіки. Сьогодні ми живемо в період зародження нового (шостого) технологічного вкладу, в період підвищення активності економічно розвинених країн у впровадженні інноваційних технологій. Наукова новизна кваліфікаційної роботи полягає у розробці науковообґрунтованих методів управління розвитком метрологічної інфраструктури країни, з метою виробництва конкурентоспроможної продукції та забезпечення її якості на основі інноваційних технологій, а саме: Виявленні закономірностей розвитку метрологічної інфраструктури в рамках технологічних укладів, що дозволяє прогнозувати випереджальний розвиток цієї складової інноваційної інфраструктури; Виявленні взаємозв’язку безлічі критичних технологій, видів економічної діяльності та державних еталонів, що дозволило розробити модель, створити відповідну базу даних і довідковоінформаційну систему, необхідні для планування цілеспрямованого розвитку метрологічної інфраструктури

The creation of an innovative economy is connected with the peculiarity of the modern period of development of the world economy. Today, we live in the period of the birth of a new (sixth) technological age contribution, during the period of increased activity of economically developed countries in implementation of innovative technologies. The scientific novelty of the qualification work consists in the development of scientifically based methods of managing the development of metrological infrastructure country, in order to produce competitive products and provide its quality on the basis of innovative technologies, namely: Identification of regularities in the development of metrological infrastructure in within the framework of technological frameworks, which allows forecasting anticipatory development of this component of the innovative infrastructure; Identification of the relationship of many critical technologies, species economic activity and state benchmarks, which allowed develop a model, create an appropriate database and reference information system necessary for purposeful planning metrological infrastructure development
