Навчально-методичний комплекс з дисципліни «Заповідна справа»

Abstract

Дисципліна «Заповідна справа» є важливим компонентом сукупності знань та умінь фахівця у галузі екології та охорони навколишнього середовища. Метою викладання навчальної дисципліни є засвоєння необхідного мінімуму знань про екополітичні, теоретичні та практичні основи, нормативно-правове, наукове та інституційне забезпечення заповідної справи та формування навиків із охорони та управління об’єктами і територіями природно-заповідного фонду та екомережі, їх створення та розширення. Завданнями навчальної дисципліни є:  мотивувати необхідність заповідання та визначити місце заповідної справи в сучасній природоохоронній діяльності в концепції збалансованого розвитку;  ознайомити з історією розвитку заповідної справи в Україні і світі та еволюцією підходів до збереження природи;  розкрити основні форми функціонування об’єктів природно-заповідного фонду (ПЗФ), їх значення для збереження біотичного різноманіття;  скласти уяву про сучасний стан, загальні принципи формування мережі об’єктів, територій ПЗФ, їх класифікацію, а також про формування екомереж;  ознайомити студентів з основними нормативно-правовими актами в галузі заповідної справи в світі та Україні;  сформувати вміння застосовувати набуті знання для наукового обґрунтування створення об’єктів та територій ПЗФ та управління ними;  закласти розуміння специфіки наукових досліджень, моніторингу, рекреаційної, освітньої та інформаційної діяльності об’єктів-установ ПЗФ.

The subject "Protected areas" is an important component of the totality of knowledge and skills of a specialist in the field of ecology and environmental protection. The purpose of teaching the academic subject is to acquire the necessary minimum knowledge about ecopolitical, theoretical and practical foundations, regulatory, legal, scientific and institutional support of the protected business and the formation of skills in the protection and management of objects and territories of the nature-protected fund and eco-network, their creation and expansion . The tasks of the academic subject are: - to motivate the necessity of a bequest and to determine the place of a protected matter in modern nature protection activities in the concept of balanced development; - to get acquainted with the history of the development of protected affairs in Ukraine and the world and the evolution of approaches to nature conservation; - reveal the main forms of functioning of the objects of the nature reserve fund (NRF), their importance for the preservation of biotic diversity; - create an idea of the current state, the general principles of the formation of a network of objects, territories of NRF, their classification, as well as the formation of eco-networks; - to acquaint students with the main regulatory and legal acts in the field of protected affairs in the world and in Ukraine; - to form the ability to apply the acquired knowledge for the scientific justification of the creation of objects and territories of NRF and their management; - to establish an understanding of the specifics of scientific research, monitoring, recreational, educational and informational activities of NRF facilities.
